I'd like to see how Ernie would react if he were locked in a room for 2 hours with Dusty Baker and Joe Morgan
5/20/2010 4:08:22 PM
Ernie will be sucking Conrads dick tonight.

Jaybee will be buying Brooks Conrad drinks all night, and then in a few months he will be really pissed when Conrad leaves the Braves to go coach for USC play for the Dodgers
5/20/2010 4:11:55 PM
That could be the case
5/20/2010 4:12:42 PM
So that's 3 bottom-of-the-9th wins in a row?

5/20/2010 4:23:32 PM

5/20/2010 4:25:36 PM
He's a cold blooded killaCurious, who are your top 5 favorite Braves ever, in order?1. Murph2. Maddux3. Smoltz4. Lonnie Smith5. Pendleton[Edited on May 20, 2010 at 4:53 PM. Reason : F]

^^no love for Hank Aaron?let alone Jeff Blauser]
5/20/2010 4:54:00 PM
I wonder if bullpen guys feel left out of walk off celebrations
5/20/2010 4:54:06 PM
hank aaron is top of the list IMO
5/20/2010 4:55:00 PM
Geared more towards players you have watched a lot... Lemke was up there, so was Ozzie Virgil and McCann
5/20/2010 4:55:15 PM
well my top 5 list that I've watched would be:1. Maddux2. McGriff3. Smoltz4. Glavine5. GantYoung Andruw Jones would have to be close up there too.[Edited on May 20, 2010 at 4:57 PM. Reason : d]
5/20/2010 4:56:41 PM
Murphy is a guy I grew up watching and was my dad's favorite when I was a kid, but I can just barely remember his good years (I was born in 84). So I'd have a hard time putting him on my list, even though he was Mr. Braves for a long time.Maddux is definitely #1, Smoltz is probably second, Glavine was incredible but he has no personality. After that there's a logjam of guys like TP, Justice, Chipper, Gant, Avery etc. It's funny, though, looking back at stats of guys who seemed so awesome when I was a kid when in reality they were horrible (Mark Lemke).Least favorite Braves would be a good list, too. Danny Kolb, Rafeal Belliard, Mondesi, Hampton.. the list is pretty long.
5/20/2010 5:02:51 PM
My favorite Brave of all time, by far, is Alejandro Peña
5/20/2010 5:03:07 PM
I almost forgot my least favorite Brave of all time: Marvin fuckin Freeman, who refused to sign my hat at a game in 93 or 94. My dad got pissed, we left early and missed a late inning HR by Justice against the Padres.I don't know why I even wanted Marvin Freeman's signature. I still have the hat, signed by Chief Noc-A-Homa.[Edited on May 20, 2010 at 5:06 PM. Reason : ]
5/20/2010 5:04:57 PM
Forgot about Freeman haha. Tall ass motherfucker..Grew up worshipping Dale Murphy, Lonnie Smith was so clutch... Deion up there too
5/20/2010 5:09:27 PM
OH YEAH BABY! 21-20. If the dang cubbies could have beat the phils today. Just think the braves have had 2 horrible losing streaks and still are only 4.5 out of first. Man. Like I said before makes me feel like the start of the Hurricanes season.
5/20/2010 5:33:08 PM
Hmm top 5 all time Braves. If we are leaving off players we didn't see play growing up then I can understand leaving Hank off. Even though I was actually alive when he hit 715. But he would be #1 and I would even add Eddie Matthews to that list. But here are mine that I actually saw play(tv/person)No particular orderChipper JonesMurphGaylord Perry(My family knew him personally and I got to visit his farm near Williamston a few times as a kid)SmoltzHard to pick between Lemke, Hubbard, Galarraga, Fred Mcgriff, and of course Francisco Cabrera and Sid Bream get honorable mention for the 92 NLCS.Adding in current players. Mccann and Heyward of course.[Edited on May 20, 2010 at 6:10 PM. Reason : .]

Looks like they're replaying it on SportSouth at 11. I've got to see the 9th inning at least.
5/20/2010 6:38:27 PM
John Rocker should be mentioned......
5/20/2010 7:24:35 PM
1. Fred McGriff, I wore 27 as a kid for a long time because of him.2. Greg Maddux. Dude was unbelievable for a few years.3. Chipper Jones4. It's kinda a toss up here, Justice, Smoltz, Glavine, Berryhill, Deion, Nixon, Gant, Bedrosian.. I just don't know

5/21/2010 4:11:46 PM
apt handle you've got there
5/21/2010 4:25:05 PM
^^^ Justice? Really?Have a feeling they are losing tonight because everything points towards them winning
5/21/2010 6:36:26 PM
heyward is a bad, bad man.....lawdy
5/21/2010 8:40:16 PM
still 4.5 behind the phils and 2.0 out of the wild card. 22-20. Lets get it braves!
5/21/2010 10:27:29 PM
^ 120 games left in the wild card race. we got this!!
5/22/2010 2:57:45 AM
Am I missing something or is tonight's game not on TV?How is that possible?
5/22/2010 6:06:49 PM
Can we please get rid of this guy!? he is responsible for freaking 1/3 of all the braves losses!
5/25/2010 11:28:41 PM
the braves have scored 14 runs while Kawakami pitches, over 9 starts.. he's certainly not doing real well, but he could easily be about 3-4 right now instead of 0-7
5/26/2010 12:29:07 AM
damn Florida Sanchezes

^ looks like they got the price for a yankees ticket mixed up - zing! Also KK has been pitching better lately, but once again the bats are dead. Jesse Chavez deserves some of the blame last night for giving up three more runs in the bottom of the 8th before the Braves got two back in the 9th. Had Chavez not screwed up, the Braves might have won.
5/26/2010 10:27:31 AM
1. Maddux2. Smoltz3. Dale Murphy4. Chipper5. Otis Nixon
5/26/2010 11:40:54 AM
Big win. 24-22. 2.5 games behind the phils now who have lost 4 in a row and badly might I add.....and 2.0 out of the wild card.
