I just found a wicked-awesome skyscraper about 5 minutes from where I'm working with apartments I can afford with the same amount of space I have now with private parking and building access and an insane view of the water.

Something like, him and three flatmates are living in an amazing condo in downtown Houston about 5 minutes from his work, and paying about 450 a month for everything.

This place will be more like $1080-1200 for a 1 bedroom apartment just for me.

These are reasonable prices for this area, however. I haven't seen much that was desirable in the area for that price. I hope more places like this pop up in that area. To me that's kind of an untapped market.
