Can two people play on live on one console, like in halo three?

After having messed with silenced weapons on some of my guns last night, I cannot believe how useful they are. Up until now I've really only tried the red dot sight. The P90 with a silencer is absolutely lethal, though. Pair it with UAV Jammer and you can go crazy in Sabotage matches.

i don't think you need a uav jammer with a silenced weapon.....

you wouldnt when the mission started, but once one of your opponents gets 3 straight kills and turns on the radar thing dont you show up then if you dont have the UAV jammer? obviously the silencer would prevent you from coming up on the radar when you fire your weapon, but I was under the impression that after 3 consecutive kills when you hear "enemy radar online" or whatever that anyone can be seen unless they have a UAV jammer

I played a few headquarters matches on the ship with a silenced smg. I would run in the opposite direction of the headquarters and camp out between that and the enemy spawn points and slaughter everyone.

If only I could play today.

yea but you don't show up on the screen firing anything until the enemy uav goes up

and if you have a silencer, it doesn't show up on radar

yes you do...when you shoot an un-silenced weapon, you appear on the radar

when a uav goes up, everyone shows up regardless of firing a weapon or not...unless you have UAV jammer on in which case you don't

I got this for Christmas (yay!) and beat the campaign today in the span of about 6 hours, pretty short if I did everything correctly. I have a semi-spoiler question...great game though.

Can't wait to run a wire through half the house to try multiplayer.

Is there any way to beat it so that the main characters don't die? Specifically, I had the first Marine die from the nuclear blast, Captain Rice die from the tanker explosion, and SSGT Griggs die from combat. Is this how it's supposed to go? Reason I ask is that I was pretty slow in rescuing the downed chopper pilot and I backed up into the tanker when it detonated, so I was curious if there were alternate endings.

far as i know theres only one ending and yes certain characters will die

however you say you beat the single player mode in 6 hours

now try increasing the difficulty...Veteran is kind of a challenge

^^ did you collect all of the intels (the laptops scatter throughout the game)? veteran will add about 6-8 more hours of punishment

sometimes it can take like 30 seconds to find a match so make sure to let it do its thing

start with the single player, its pretty short but you learn the minute details of action fast.

multiplayer has a pretty steep learning curve so any prior experience makes a huge difference.

^^ haha no you only get the gold deagle for getting to level 55. however, when you complete every gun challenge in a particular category you unlock one gold gun. for example you complete all of the shotgun challenges you unlock the gold m1200. it is one gold gun per category, and they are ak47 for assualt, uzi for submachine guns, m60e4 for light machine guns, already said the shotty, and the druganov for sniper.

i dunno if they do more damage. dude, just look in the menu under the camo option when you pick a gun, if it doesn't have a gold option, you can't get it in gold.
