I haven't fully dug into the latest Subaru AP update so I don't have an answer for that.

Cool... well it looks like i'm going to have to go with an AP since buying one is the cheapest way to get ECUtek off my ECU. I can read everything but can't write a damned thing (which is probably a good thing for a while) What turbo are you running on the Rx again ? And how much power does it have?HOLYSHIT DUDE... that's huge... [Edited on April 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Reason : .]

^is that a 63mm inducer, 84 exducer .70A/R compressor???never noticed what the 'trim' meanthahah
4/18/2011 4:03:19 PM
It says its a 4097 which for garrett usually means its a 97mm exducer but then it says 83mm which would be a huge inducer but then it is a 70lb/min turbo but i'm assuming that is the exducer. Which would make this gt35r size-ish which is a 70lb/min turbo just with a wider map. 1. Wheel trim topic coverageTrim is a common term used when talking about or describing turbochargers. For example, you may hear someone say "I have a GT2871R ' 56 Trim ' turbocharger. What is 'Trim?' Trim is a term to express the relationship between the inducer* and exducer* of both turbine and compressor wheels. More accurately, it is an area ratio.* The inducer diameter is defined as the diameter where the air enters the wheel, whereas the exducer diameter is defined as the diameter where the air exits the wheel.Based on aerodynamics and air entry paths, the inducer for a compressor wheel is the smaller diameter. For turbine wheels, the inducer it is the larger diameter (see Figure 1.)inducer and exducer diameter of compressor and turbine wheelsFigure 1. Illustration of the inducer and exducer diameter of compressor and turbine wheelsExample #1: GT2871R turbocharger (Garrett part number 743347-2) has a compressor wheel with the below dimensions. What is the trim of the compressor wheel?Inducer diameter = 53.1mmExducer diameter = 71.0mm[Edited on April 18, 2011 at 4:27 PM. Reason : this is stolen from garrett's website]

I haven't dyno'd it on this current setup. Three years I ago I put it on a dynojet and made 386 uncorrected and 397 corrected. Torque was around 300. That was at about 18psi on the old 60-1 turbo
4/18/2011 4:25:05 PM
it is 67mm inducer, 84mm exducer, 63 trim on the compressor side. Turbine is 65mm exducer, 74 mm major, aka "P trim" It is also known as a T04R, same as a T04Z and same nominal dimensions as a Precision 6765.[Edited on April 18, 2011 at 4:32 PM. Reason : .]

unless you're running 12 psi or something you're not going to get much more traction out of 315s on that car.
4/18/2011 7:14:01 PM
4/18/2011 7:23:03 PM
its very similar to a 35r then isn't it ?
4/18/2011 8:08:33 PM
my bust, i forgot Trim was a ratio and not just the measure of the wheel inducer ( )carry on.oh and, what's this shit about 225's? let's get some real tars on this thanggg!!!!!

You will have wheelspin in any RWD car with a summer performance tire in the cold before they warm up. I dont see what RPM has to do with it. MPH and available torque seem to be the problem. If youre saying you dont give it power until youre already going 40mph because you short shifted 1st that makes sense. What size tire do you run? 17? I could have saved some azenis i removed from my front for you . Evo guys run 225 45 r17 i think as well.

network with a bunch of s2000 guys. we change rears often and are stuck with mismatched fronts. they run 215 stock but 225/45/17 is really common. I got some bald azenis you can have....lol
4/19/2011 10:54:24 AM
LOL im going to be running 225/40/17s on my next tire change... i've actually been thinking about 45s but until i get everything ready to delete my stupid ecutek tune i can't fux with the ecu so i can't correct for larger tires. I'd actually like to get my gearing to act a little higher (4.11s in a 2.5t that weighs 3300 with a full tank is a little much i think)
4/19/2011 12:22:51 PM
Who cares about tire size speedo calibration? Are you guys being serious? 2miles off at 60mph ....your modified car is worth nothing with 50k miles or 60k miles.
4/19/2011 1:54:57 PM
..... who the fuck cares what its worth?I just don't wanna set me cruise thinking 73... safe... and get pulled for 78

ADD TWO, THIS ISNT INTEGRATION BY PARTS
4/19/2011 5:59:56 PM
Integration by parts. I definitely don't remember how to do that shit, but I do remember hating it.
4/19/2011 6:25:53 PM
i remember it being cake.. but i don't remember how it was done now it was all ydx + xdy or somethinganyway its not a friggin offset its a %age i know its not a big deal but when i had my jeep i got pulled for 72 in a 55 twice... why because my speedo said 62 and i thought i was cool.
4/19/2011 6:42:45 PM
who gets pulled for speeding these days? i thought the duke took that penalty for everyone. how can you not realize 70mph isnt 55mph? kids these days i swear
4/19/2011 7:47:43 PM
is it wrong to want a "normal" car, or at least as close to one as you can realistically get?
4/19/2011 8:45:07 PM
the thought of 2mph inaccuracy on a speedo at 60mph being more important than traction..... after dumping 5 grand turboing a car from 1980 is mind boggling to me.i think we are going to have to agree to disagree here.
4/19/2011 9:08:25 PM
I used an online tire size calculator. Depending on which tires I went with, it was going to be off by a minimum of about 5mph once I got up to highway speeds (70+ mph).
4/20/2011 12:44:18 AM
I know i'm feeding the troll here but 65 is usually pretty safe and on a 4 hour drive i'm gonna take all the le-way the hwy patrol will give me. But the extra 10% from having 32's instead of 29s kills the deal.Anyway back to huge turbos and piston free motors. [Edited on April 20, 2011 at 7:56 AM. Reason : .]

4/20/2011 1:04:44 PM
its weird... i'm going to have to get a eff ton of power in the roo to ever hear spinning tires... probably more than i want in it with the stock block...
4/20/2011 4:41:49 PM
one of the only AWD cars I've ever seen that could spin tires from a roll was a 3000GT running two Evo 16G's at 30 pounds of boost...
4/20/2011 5:32:30 PM
Some dude name will has/had one. He looks like napolian dynamite and runs around crapital.
4/20/2011 6:02:13 PM
i drove a 3000gt vr4 and that is one of the few turbo cars i truely hate.Stock they feel sloppy and imprecise they're heavy, i think they're ugly and they're not the most reliable thing in the world and iirc the dash needs to be removed to change spark plugs... (hell my 1999 cherokee with 80lb wheel/tire package was STILL lighter than a stock 3000)
