Djibouti would like to second the SGs proposal for a resolution to better define the SG position pending an addendum whihc also specifies the censure abilities of the SG.


Unfortunately Djibouti must decline the Director of Membership position as we feel we will be unable to execute the duties of the office in a timely manner.

Djibouti will however remain a vocal member of this institution and the security council and an active participant in the resolutions.

One way or the other, vote on R04 will go as scheduled. Since an objection has been brought up, the ammendment itself will now begin its voting cycle as A01. If it is passed, it will be added; if it is not, it will not be.
