I might take some pictures this weekend, but I definitely want to have a carb-up day before I take any pictures. the bad part about cyclic ketogenic dieting is that you look flat as hell during the hardcore dieting periods. it's kind of disheartening, but it's effective so I keep going back to it.

i quit about a month ago.. maybe 5 weeks. as far as coughing goes i didnt experience any thing like that.i have noticed a steady cough overall since quitting, but nothing crazy... maybe 2-3 times a day

and after I remembered how to work the timer on my camera5'-11", 245lbs. it will be interesting to see if I carb back up past 255 by tomorrow, and how much different I look. I have fallen in love with my homemade protein powdered puddings. Adding a couple scoops of ON whey protein powder to sugar free fat free instant jello when you're making it adds even more flavor and makes the pudding thicker. So far I've mixed ON rocky road flavored whey to chocolate fudge jello, and ON delicious strawberry whey to white chocolate jello. I think I like the strawberry / white chocolate combination just a little bit more, but they are both delicious. it's a nice rewarding meal for after doing cardio.
