Just a general observation, If this system was fool proof or even slightly profitable, #1 Why would he tell anyone, #2 Don't you think Goldman Sachs would show up on this guy's door with dump truck of cash and get this guy to throw around a couple of hundred million for their account.
9/8/2005 10:26:54 PM
I want to see an analysis of RMBS.
9/9/2005 9:26:34 PM
^^I don't know why Goldman Sachs hasn't boughten him out yet!I was VERY skeptical at first too, but he gives a 1 month trail free and then you can cancel at anytime after that so I figured I had nothing to loose. After 2 years and an average of 40% returns I'm not skeptical anymore. On his webpage he actually gives you a pattern you can program and follow it if your programing savvy. A friend of mine programed it himself (I don't have a freakin' clue how to program, I'm a damn redneck!) and he says so far the pattern is working for him, he's following the trades it would have made and how much he would be making if he had been following it. I think he's going to sign up too.[Edited on September 9, 2005 at 9:47 PM. Reason : .]

GOOG near $350tempting not to sell since Cramer says its going to $500, but i think i'll take 60% of it of the table
10/24/2005 1:56:17 PM
Looks like Google wants to be the next Berkshire Hathaway
10/24/2005 1:57:35 PM
unless they split, which i think they should
10/24/2005 1:58:22 PM
I suspect that they're intentionally not splitting to keep big fluctuations down that are caused by daytraders and amateurs. The higher the price goes, the less likely the average joe will be to throw money at it.
10/24/2005 3:55:42 PM
It's also not wise for them to split right now.
10/24/2005 3:56:31 PM
its always good to split on the way up, then use the inflated securities to make acquisitions...i guess thats just the 1999 part of me talking
10/24/2005 4:19:44 PM
heh, yeah.. they're already trading at 24 times its revenues.Splitting now would only put the stock down a dangerous path. Right now, they're a favorite of institutional investors which I feel will help keep them on a steady rate of increase.A lot of people see GOOG continuing to rise for a long time to come. I'm not sold one way or the other tho...

how much more does yahoo have to give
11/17/2005 12:00:29 AM
GOOG now at $400http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=GOOG&d=tWith a market cap of 112 billion and a P/E of 89 can GOOG go anywhere but down? If they captured the entire worldwide advertising market, what would they be worth? This seems like the most obvious stock to short that I've ever seen. Am I missing something? Aren't they priced based on the assumption they are going to be incredibly successful already?
