6/7/2013 11:28:56 PM
Just needed some drama apparently.Still pissed the way we gave the ball away continuosly after the first goal. [Edited on June 7, 2013 at 11:30 PM. Reason : ]
6/7/2013 11:29:13 PM
oh we back.
6/7/2013 11:29:44 PM
2nd half was pretty weak. i dunno what surprised me more, us or Jamaica not attacking
6/7/2013 11:32:16 PM
Thank you, Brad Evans, Thank you.
6/7/2013 11:40:26 PM
This team is going to get rocked if we make it to the world cup
6/8/2013 12:28:02 AM
man crush on Zusi is growing game by game
6/8/2013 1:35:25 AM
^^ these comments come literally every cycle. CONCACAF qualifying for the players, simply put, sucks a dick. Did you see the fucking beach chairs they used as a bench in that third world shithole. We aren't world beaters but we just bear Germany. And their B/C team is about equivalent to what a 3/4 team in any given pool would be.
6/8/2013 6:20:36 AM
http://www.ussoccerstore.com/us00m145613da.htmlHere's that lolzy shirt Klinsmann was wearing if you want to waste $40
6/8/2013 11:24:41 AM
bump for tonight's Panama game.Zusi (yellow cards) and Jones (injury) out of the starting lineup. Grant Wahl thinks Klinsmann will go with Corona/Cameron in their place but I personally think Kljestan for Zusi is more likely. And I hope I'm wrong because he's been terrible. The grass over turf looks like shit and if it causes an injury and/or a result, Gulati should be fired immediately. Fuck a damn 10:08 kickoff and fuck Seattle. Mexico game is on ESPN before our game.
6/11/2013 10:47:09 AM
Mexico getting owned by CR at home. Good times.US lineup is the same as Jamaica, except Cameron for Jones and Eddie Johnson for Zusi.
6/11/2013 9:03:34 PM
Is there anything worse than Mexican fans. And fuck off Chicharito..
6/11/2013 9:54:38 PM
lol @ this chantand holy stoppage time. ridiculous.
6/11/2013 10:06:21 PM
What a shitty pitch, so many slips already.
6/11/2013 10:22:26 PM
the US complaining about the pitch sounds like a massive first world problem. lets go to Jamaica and play in the backyard.
6/11/2013 10:25:44 PM
Best players in the nation and we're playing on shit.
6/11/2013 10:35:11 PM
fucking beauty! altidore.....
6/11/2013 10:47:26 PM
Altidore!!!!!
6/11/2013 10:47:47 PM
JOZY A BANK
6/11/2013 10:48:07 PM
That was a great cross from Fabian.
6/11/2013 10:48:17 PM
That was absolutely textbook. I didn't think we could do that.
6/11/2013 10:52:31 PM
Not a bad second from Eddie either. He's been making runs in behind all night.
6/11/2013 11:22:55 PM
USA AIN'T NOTHIN TO FUCK WITH
6/11/2013 11:24:25 PM
I'm loving this crowd.
6/11/2013 11:26:53 PM
maybe I'm being an old man here, but I really didn't like the "WE ARE GOOOOING TO BRAZIIIIIL" chantway too early in many ways
6/11/2013 11:30:45 PM
I thought it gave a noticeable boost to the players. The crowd motivates the players during the game and Klinnsman is responsible for between the games. I don't see anything wrong with doing it 2-0 up at home. It's a confidence booster and a drainer to Panama. I'd love to hear some Spanish to really taunt the CONCACAF teams but I don't think the crowd could pull it off to be honest.
6/11/2013 11:34:01 PM
This has been a pretty sharp performance
6/11/2013 11:35:22 PM
Better than chanting for your coach to be fired
6/11/2013 11:35:59 PM
Where has this creativity come from
6/11/2013 11:49:01 PM
THE CROWD
6/11/2013 11:49:42 PM
Brad Jones is completely useless.
6/12/2013 12:00:34 AM
who?it was pretty cool chanting "you're not going to Brazil" in Mexico City. anyway this was the best performance under JK by far. Cameron, Bradley, Altidore... all superb. Oh we back
6/12/2013 12:11:24 AM
safe to say that the Germany friendly saved Jozy's national team career?
6/12/2013 12:16:46 AM
Brad Evans I meant. He couldn't do anything with the ball except pass it backwards or out of play and he was getting smoked by several different players for Panama.^ He's too young to have written him off completely. He'll probably see at least 2 more coaches before his career is done. I mean, Eddie Johnson and DaMarcus Beasley are back into this team after having disappeared for a good 4-7 years.[Edited on June 12, 2013 at 12:20 AM. Reason : ]

told yall obama would bring us to soccer prominence.
6/12/2013 4:48:18 AM
6/12/2013 8:06:21 AM
Should propel us into the top 25 when the next FIFA rankings come out! We'll be damn near even with Brazil
6/12/2013 9:21:29 AM
^^ True, but honestly he should have slotted that back to Dempsey at the top of the box IMO. Given the choice I would take that option over the shot he took every time.
6/12/2013 10:09:09 AM
Dempsey had ten guys between him and goal. An open shot from a bad angle is better than a heavily contested one. Granted, Evans turned and shot without knowing much more than "there's no one on the ball," but Dempsey wouldn't have had much to shoot at.
6/12/2013 12:29:31 PM
Criticizing a guy for not passing when he scored a game winner is odd.Anyway, I appreciate guys like Evans that do the work for us in qualifiers but if they're starting in the World Cup, we're in trouble.Post WC-2002 Frankie Hejduk was that kind of guy.
6/12/2013 1:51:12 PM
and Frankie is the absolute best
6/12/2013 1:57:20 PM
Hell yes.
6/12/2013 1:58:47 PM
HEYDUDE!

Some of the wilder shit from last night:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxT82BQOZkchttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZELfTaX3VSs
6/12/2013 3:17:24 PM
Seattle repped so hard last night.
6/12/2013 3:21:52 PM
bummed that I couldn't watch the game but I was really happy to wake up and see the result today
6/12/2013 4:45:20 PM
I was in the supporters section for the game. Pretty unreal atmosphere, but still plenty of seats in the upper deck.My thoughts:The offense finally started clicking like they've played together before. Some of the one touch passing and off ball movement was great to see.Evans got absolutely abused and looked lost in possession. It was good to see his instinct towards goal in the Jamaica game, but if he has problems with Panamanian wingers it's only going to magnify itself in the future.Centrally, Omar was a beast and Bradley was a metronome. il General is by far our most important player.
6/14/2013 1:12:35 AM
6/14/2013 1:16:21 AM
Absolute compliment - I thought the following sentence would clarify that. He was a rock. He forced Panama's mid fielders into so many bad passes. He tracked back. He was composed on the ball and distributed in every direction. And he almost had a left footed screamer on target from the top of the box.
