so are they trying to cover up the fact that they made false data?BTW today's tie is even worse than yesterday's wtf
4/20/2011 10:24:20 AM
yeah the ABC feed ROCKS!!!*not
4/20/2011 10:24:54 AM

"If Mr. Kurtz wants to testify..."Sounds interesting.
4/20/2011 10:26:19 AM
because the state wasnt leading any of their witnesses previously...
4/20/2011 10:26:58 AM
^exactly!
4/20/2011 10:27:27 AM
4/20/2011 10:27:40 AM
Of course not - the state was letting every witness speak the whole truth and also ensured they didn't forget anything...
4/20/2011 10:27:42 AM
dag I've missed a lot this morningjust reading through the last page I was all then now I'm againturning on the feed nowwww
4/20/2011 10:37:32 AM

4/20/2011 10:41:51 AM
Thank you.
4/20/2011 10:42:47 AM
im hoping he summarizes, because the eggs are distracting me.
4/20/2011 10:44:01 AM
Just saw the tie - pretty intense
4/20/2011 10:49:49 AM
^it would have been awesome if he wore an easter egg tie
4/20/2011 10:50:38 AM
so, i guess the question is, who did these malicious attacks... did brad do it? i mean it doesnt disprove that he didnt... this just goes to discount the theory of random rape murdererizing. this is almost too elaborate to think someone did all this but didnt leave evidence as to who exactly they are... not that cpd knew what to look for
4/20/2011 10:51:02 AM
are all computer guys required to buy really bad ties?BobbyDigital please weigh in on this matter
4/20/2011 10:52:45 AM
i thought malicious attacks happened all the time
4/20/2011 10:52:58 AM
^^ negative.I prefer Ben Silver ties myself.---It's kind of bullshit that they can pretty much argue anything falls under the umbrella of computer forensics and thus Jay is not allowed to talk about it. Network security and forensics have myriad sub-categories that would be overlapping sets. [Edited on April 20, 2011 at 10:56 AM. Reason : .]
4/20/2011 10:54:02 AM
Ben Silver....I'LL ALLOW IT
4/20/2011 10:55:43 AM
^^no shit... the prosecution got away with a massive umbrella. they seem to be getting around it though. much to dumbos dismay[Edited on April 20, 2011 at 10:59 AM. Reason : spoke too soon]
4/20/2011 10:58:40 AM
From what I understand (via Wikipedia), computer forensics is merely analyzing computer data for the purposes of a court of law etc.So basically just testifying about computer data in a trial essentially puts him in the category of "computer forensics," so prosecution seems to be using this to throw out everything he can contribute.Damn, pretty lame... It's like the "smoking gun" for the defense almost, and they're hung up only words away from it.
4/20/2011 11:01:04 AM
is it too late to add a witness? could they hire a forensics expert to testify about the stuff this guy can't?
4/20/2011 11:03:38 AM
they would have to make a special motion i think. but im not entirely sure how all that works.
4/20/2011 11:05:40 AM
Every time I refresh this page I scroll up to see if there's an egg. I found one once.
4/20/2011 11:07:32 AM
lunch recess?
4/20/2011 11:12:48 AM
naw, just a break til 11:20
4/20/2011 11:13:29 AM
kurtz just can't catch a break...the state is objecting anything that jay can give an opinion on.
4/20/2011 11:30:56 AM
he's getting crafty here.
4/20/2011 11:32:13 AM
because the line around network security expert is so narrowly and ambiguously drawn here, the testimony is getting fucked every time they get close to destroying the state's only even slightly damning evidence.
4/20/2011 11:33:47 AM
Why didn't they get a pc forensics expert? Or is that to come?
4/20/2011 11:35:03 AM
i get the feeling that they didn't expect to get so thoroughly fucked on this guy being an expert.
4/20/2011 11:35:44 AM
I hope. It's pretty clear the prosecution doesn't want them to even hint toward the time stamp evidence.
4/20/2011 11:35:57 AM
haha did he ask the jury if they can see everything? made me giggle
4/20/2011 11:41:22 AM
Shouldn't the prosecution be chiming in on how he can't describe his process?
4/20/2011 11:44:39 AM
god damn I hate the prosecution at this pointfucking railroading ass sonsofbitches
4/20/2011 11:59:19 AM
This judge is a fucking idiot
4/20/2011 12:15:03 PM
4/20/2011 12:15:07 PM
OH HE'LL ALLOW IT
4/20/2011 12:15:11 PM
4/20/2011 12:15:55 PM
dumbo is all up on havocs nutz any chance he gets."it wont leave forensic evidence"OBJECTION"it wont leave identifying evidence"...and that was ok
4/20/2011 12:29:23 PM
lol I was like SNAP HE SAID FORENSIC!!!!and he quickly changed that lol
4/20/2011 12:30:19 PM
Would you say that Brad had the knowledge to kill processes on his computer?YesGUILTY!!!
4/20/2011 12:32:06 PM
does mark furman work for CPD?
4/20/2011 12:32:17 PM
can you help me understand WTF he's saying?is this helping Brad at all?
4/20/2011 12:34:03 PM
i think he's setting up that the google maps data could have been forged.
4/20/2011 12:35:21 PM
The D is basically saying someone planted info on brads computer. All the D has to do is supply reasonable doubt that it's possible to plant info on his computer. Like say. A file of the location where the body was found with a date stamp of the day before she disappeared.[Edited on April 20, 2011 at 12:38 PM. Reason : .]
4/20/2011 12:36:33 PM

4/20/2011 12:38:31 PM
