I'm feeling discouraged. I am still sticking around the same weight.... I've lost 1/2 inch in the waist since the start of P90X but my tummy is staying the same size I'm not eating bad (except for the occasional drinking night, aka only 2 nights really with maybe 4 beers.. nothing cray cray)..... I walk ALL. THE. TIME. around campus... I do P90X... and I take Gambit on walks/runs. I'm at a loss. I'm wondering if it's just that the last 15 lbs is the hardest..

I refuse to cut out bread but no worries because I only eat wheat, and I don't eat a lot of itI feel silly for writing that last night.. because I've actually gone down an inch in my waist (tummy has kinda stayed the same) so I shouldn't be complaining too much I guessI know people say to not look at the scale but it's really frustrating when you're trying to get to that weight for health reasons

So, I haven't posted here in a while, but just for the record I rode 151 miles on the bike yesterday. Went from Morrisville/Cary to the pier at Wrightsville Beach in one shot. Just me and my buddy Don. According to his Garmin we burned 14552 calories. Not too shabby. I'm also down to a consistent 195-196 pounds. Only about 10 pounds to go before I'm back at my competitive swimming weight. I'll try to post some pics later this week when I get a new phone.

Yeah, and to be honest it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's by far the longest ride I've ever done, but I've had worse 30 mile rides. We averaged about 16.6 mph, stopped quite a few times to refill water bottles, eat, etc., but it wasn't as brutal as I thought it would be. Aside from my butt being sore I'm not really hurting today. It's something we talked about doing this whole summer, and this weekend was the last real chance to do it. New goal is to do a marathon next year and a half iron man, moving on to a full iron man after that. I just despise running so much that it's going to be hard to train.

Checking in for the first time in foreveeeeeeer: I'm comfortably at 161 and my arms and chest are about the same. I've been running pretty much every day, so my abs/stomach and legs have toned up. NROTC's been sick motivation.
