Welsh is 5G 7A +3 in 36 GP. But he's a bigger body and, from what I've seen/read of him, probably a better fit centering a 3rd line where he can just crash the net.

For page 8:

Line predictions? There's a lot of tossups at this point, especially with Ruutu gone. You'd hate to put someone like Boychuk on the checking line or 4th line, but I don't really think he's worth replacing anyone in the top 6.

Welsh hasn't been very good this year, I'd rather see Dalpe and Bowman up, as they've been playing really well. Welsh is big, but he needs to stay down for a while in my opinion.

Without Ruutuu, the Canes' third and fourth line offense are dogshit and without much help Skinner on the second line won't produce either. I want to see them make the playoffs but I don't see it happening.

bev perdue said that if cops are stopping traffic to allow people to cross the street, they should pay for parking. That's why it is $5 to park in the fairground lots now. I just pay the $5 now, I naively thought they had all the lots on lockdown now.

I can't say I blame the rule. If you're a season ticket holder you might as well buy the season ticket parking for the year as it was at like 7 bucks or so a game that it eventually pays for it. However, that's me and when I did live in Raleigh I was fine with paying the parking (especially seeing how expensive it is at other teams' places).
