I rode home w/o a clutch one time. you just gotta leave yourself rolling room so you can kick it into gear from a stop.

In fact, that reminds me, it's still patched...

^ Heh, yah, if I'd been farther away I woulda said "fuck it" and ridden without a clutch...but I figured I'd save my transmission since I was only 150ft from my apartment, lol.

I've tried upshifting (no problem) and downshifting (can be rough, but usually fine if you back off on the throttle) without the clutch on my bike and it's not too bad.

Sooooooo since everyone has STD today we're gonna plan a ride tomorrow and then grill out/ wash our bikes... Johanna was saying how she neeced to wash her bike...

Oh yeah... if we grill at ryan's place we prolly should make sure our beer cans make the trash can ... I felt bad leaving his place a mess last week and he got sited so...

bring cleaning supplies for the bikes. I'll bring my Mr clean spot free hose attachment and waterfilters/soap etc....as far as food, bring whatever you guys want. I have enough hose too

I only use the clutch for the 1-2 shift and for most slow downshifts. When I'm riding harder, it's no clutch either way.
And yeah, I've had a clutch cable bracket screws come out around harris lake and rode about 15 miles to my dad's house once. Not too bad, but I made sure not to stop

i'm out of comission until my correct clutch plates arrive, my dumb ass ordered wrong ones. i guess i could put old ones back in but jon broke one of the spring bolts in the basket but we got it out now i need a bolt too....

Most of the time, some bikers will meet at my place which is fine.. my place is a good meeting spot for bikers... I am rollin out at 2:50 though from my hizzy

Low speed maby 5mph jsut some slight soreness, i think i tried to brace my bike up on my right leg and tweaked my ankle a bit. but its feeling better.
