The weather was horrible, but I had blast!!!!

I actually stayed up (well, woke up) to watch the race. holy hell I don't know how fans could deal with that. I think almost every driver had some great moments, and some really stupid ones. red boys, you are just flat stupid for starting on inters, and then having 3 or more pit stops. that cost you the win.

hamilton is an asshole for his comments over the past few days in the press, then his brake checking during the sc periods...........

so it's ok to come to almost a complete fucking stop in a turn just to bunch the field together, especially when vision is that poor? he was trying to have a webber/vettle type incident.

if you are leading the world championship, you would do stuff like that

MICHAEL SCHUMACHER DID THAT TYPE OF SHIT ALL THE TIME AND THE PRESS WOULD SUCK HIS DICK TO GET HIM ON CAMERA TODAY

schumi did that shit, and montoya rear ended him (monaco, in the tunnel), and the press said schumi was not without blame.

Okay... I have a couple of comments about above...

1. About Ferrari used standard wet tires and had to make a pit stop for change..
-> It's said that Ferrari received an email regarding extreme weather tires after the race started. They used standard wet tires based on the weather forecast without knowing that FIA ordered all the teams to use extreme weather tires.

2. About Hamilton's braking thing during the safety car...
-> Hamilton was trying to check and warm up the breaking system. I can KINDA understand that. However, I don't know if it was good idea to do so at a corner. Normally, F1 machines go into the corner/curve by high speed, right? It's natural that the gap between F1 machines gets closer at the corner. So if a racer puts on the sudden strong break, following F1 macines may get in accident.
NSFW, let me tell you this... Also it's normal to drive beside each other behind the safety car under the bad weather. A racer can't see a thing because of splashes of water when he drives behind a F1 machine, so it's very dangerous. Thus, they try to drive beside each other.

Why is Massa the real F1 jackass???

I apologize for my bad grammar. My English skill is getting worse and worse in Japan...

I've never liked Alonso since he was at Renault. But I feel sorry for him lately.. I can never understand how bad he would feel to be alone/lonely in McLaren. Look at the picture of him after he was out from the race at Japan GP. I saw him looking at his machine with very sad face on the screen at Fuji Speedway.

Grrrrr lucky Hamilton!!!! I admit that he is very talented (at McLaren), but I can't stand him lately! He's been playing hardball against Alonso. How can he say in public that he wants Alonso to leave McLaren?!?!? Hamilton acts like a sweet innocent driver but I think he is really black-hearted...

Comments and pictures of Japan GP to come later!

I think Hamiliton was trying to screw with Alonso. Theres certainly a mental aspect to racing, and if you can wear someone down even more in an already stressful race, you give yourself an even bigger advantage. Playing nice isn't necessarily a priority.

Wasn't it Alonso who brake checked someone in practice or qualifying last year or the year before? And as stated, Schumacher did it too.

No penalty for Hamilton over Japanese Grand Prix!!
http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2007/10/6934.html

FIA/Bernie sure is going all out to crown Lewis the champion this year. This is the 3rd time in this season that FIA has helped him. The other 2 being: getting help from a crane in germany and driving an ilegal mclaren car.

Well, at least FIA withdrew the penalty against Vettel at China GP.. whew.

I wish I were still at Japan GP...
The race itself was great.
But there were lots of troubles/problems at Fuji Speedway. Have you all heard of the horrible operation of Japan GP by Toyota? Everyone in Japan still talks about it.
The operation was HORRIBLE!
Toyota failed to manage the Japan GP.
Many people don't wanna go to Japan GP at Fuji next year.
I'm still going to Japan GP next year using a travel agent... not gonna use the ticket & ride system.

Fuji Speedway is refunding money to people who couldn't get in because of the conditions or because their seats were in areas that had no view of the track!!

I would wager on Alonso pulling it off, the ONLY way Kimi does if BOTH Mclarens don't finish in the points and he basically has to win.

^No. Kimi will win the WDC only if he wins the race and Alonso and Hamilton finish 3rd and 6th respectively.
Alonso will win the WDC if he wins the race and Hamilton finishes 3rd (which Ron Dennis will ensure won't happen).

Anyone else think it was retarded of Alonso to blame his team for having a "slower" car in qualifying this past weekend? If they didn't sabotage his car before, they have a reason to now. It's sorta like fucking with the people who serve your food, you just don't do it... I'm hoping Alonso leaves racing soon, he may be a decent driver, but he seems to be a pretty poor sport.

when they showed the F1 races on FOX HD, they were widescreen and look awesome, so we should see more of this in the future. All of the IndyCar series will be in HD on ESPN affiliates next year too

As I said earlier on this thread, I've never liked Alonso since Renault. However, it is natural that he expects to get treated as a champion at McLaren. And I don't like how he's been treated by McLaren's engineers and RON DENNIS. I hope he is NOT leaving F1 soon. I hope he will drive for a different team next year (Toyota or Renault? umm I'd like to see him at Toyota though) and compete with Raikkonen, Hamilton, and Massa.

Anyway, who doesn't enjoy F1 2007 season???? It's like the era of Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alan Prost, and Ayrton Senna...

FIA will now make certain Alonso will be treated the same as Hamilton, apparently Spanish section of the FIA believes he was deliberately sabotaged at Japan, overinflated front tires and so on..........

If Ron Dennis could say that to the press, I am sure that behind the scene he is doing much more to ensure that Alonso does not win the WDC.

I am not a Alonso fan either. Never have been. But I hate Hamilton, and I would rather prefer Alonso win the WDC than Hamilton.
