For some reason he's become a horrible free throw shooter.I don't know how that happened...he was pretty awesome in college at the line.

didn't his FT shooting take a sudden turn for the worst his senior year? i think it was him. it dropped down to like 60 some percent the first several games, and everyone thought that since he had been so good previously, that it would find itself up to the 80s before long. it never did. i think it might have reached the low 70s and that was it.

1/28/2008 12:19:45 PM
that's right. it was good though for a while.and i was gonna say something Oeuvre about your comparison, but i left that one alone. haha.
1/28/2008 12:33:32 PM
hahaha, me too. I am trying to get into heaven these days though.....
1/28/2008 12:36:16 PM

Hodge back in NBADL now that Australia’s team is done. Made D-LEAGUE STAR OF THE NIGHT last weekhttp://www.nba.com/aroundtheassociation/080307.html+Julius Hodge spent most of this season playing in Australia’s National Basketball League, but has made his impact felt in just two games with the Albuquerque Thunderbirds. In his first game, Hodge scored 19 points to go with six rebounds and six assists. Hodge almost doubled that point total on Friday, leading the T-Birds to a 110-98 win over the 66ers with 34 points, seven rebounds and six assists. Thunderbirds affiliates are Suns and 76ersJulius had 26 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists in a loss saturday night against Austin

wow nice
3/10/2008 9:30:15 AM
we may yet see julius in the nbagood to see he's still HONGRY
3/10/2008 12:54:00 PM
George Karl and the Nuggets should have never picked Julius. He could have made most other NBA teams that weren't loaded at guard/wing.He has been putting up these numbers for the majority of the time and still hasn't gotten a NBA call?
3/11/2008 1:10:24 AM
^what the Nuggets needed when they picked him was a SG with range. Julius is a slashing SF. They were dumb for picking him, a pick that never made sense to me. I thought they were gonna trade picks. Oh well. With the #'s he is putting up.....someone has got to give him a shot sometime. If not this year, then next pre-season.
3/11/2008 1:18:16 AM
Can't wait to see you playin' pro, you mediocre David Thompson!

3/11/2008 1:46:03 PM
he's put up these numbers in the dleague before, and gotten cut.that's just how he is, rolls mediocre players, too much of a tweener to play w/ in the league.
3/11/2008 2:39:29 PM
Friend of mine told me that his 34 point night was against David Noel, that asshole from UNC.
3/11/2008 7:12:14 PM

I'm still not convinced that Hodge can't play in the league. I hope some day he'll actually get a chance to contribute
3/11/2008 11:34:13 PM
HODGE HAS MORE WILL THAN HANSBROUGH!Yeah I went there.
3/11/2008 11:47:25 PM

that's a college All-Star team right there
3/21/2008 8:41:15 AM
i know its the nature of the beast, but i wish that if he wasn't going to go to the NBA ASAP again, that he'd stick with an NBDL team for a season, i'd cop a Albuquerque Thunderbirds Hodge jersey haha

98-00 i thinkthen he went to Auburn
3/31/2008 5:26:35 PM
He only played 1 year at State, his freshman year (98-99). At some point during the year he fucked Archie Miller's girlfriend, got caught, and a bitch fight ensued. After that he transferred out.
3/31/2008 5:30:37 PM
Kenny Inge beat him up after he banged Archie's girl. I'm pretty sure Archie ended up marrying that whore. Although she was hot as shit and had the best ass I've ever seen in person.
