5,000 / 5,000,000 = 0.001 concentration
5 / 5,000 = 0.001

no...its used to measure concentration...5 ppb would be a much much smaller concentration...its simple fractions

do you use parts per million for nitrogen, oxygen and argon (the other main elements in the atmosphere) as well? do you say the atmosphere has 780,000 parts per million nitrogen? i guess you must not think co2 levels are a problem...i could have sworn you were another blindly accepting global warming proponent?

i'm sure i'm not the only one in this thread with an MEA degree
