I will have to see, it sounds promising, and Im definitely not complaining at these prices. It would make me a millionaire if it panned out.
5/2/2006 10:41:41 AM

5/2/2006 10:46:45 AM

5/2/2006 10:50:46 AM
have you tried selling any yet?
5/2/2006 10:52:37 AM
not if it keeps going up like thisI cant wait for them to get off the pink sheets and get listed on a real exchange
5/2/2006 10:54:50 AM
FPPL is pretty much worth it to do, 2 cents a share. It cant really go lower. Put aside a few couple hundred bucks worth, buy 60 or 70k...Profit
5/2/2006 11:07:22 AM
Put an order for PGPM, but order still hasn't gone through.
5/2/2006 11:09:37 AM
Im up 201% on FPPL
5/2/2006 11:16:44 AM
5/2/2006 11:26:14 AM
Yeah, I wouldn't put more than a few hundred bucks in stocks like that. But even then, the potential reward is worth the small risk.
5/2/2006 11:28:40 AM
i can't find any good research on pgpm... any help?
5/2/2006 11:59:26 AM
i get 60% off dysons
5/2/2006 12:00:14 PM
hook a nigga up with a vacuum cleaner.
5/2/2006 12:08:19 PM
another one that someone mentioned to me is CWPCwhile not a tiny-cap like the ones we're talking about in recent posts, its been on a rollwhat does the group think?
5/2/2006 12:25:34 PM
looks like you got to the party a little late
5/2/2006 12:52:11 PM
We should rename this thread "TWW Get Rich Quick Schemes"
5/2/2006 12:59:20 PM
there's a bridge i want to sell you
5/2/2006 1:38:40 PM
hehe call it whatever you wantFPPL is trading around $0.02 a share and it had gone to $0.82 this past year
5/2/2006 1:41:02 PM
i might have to flirt with these penny-stocks a little bit
5/2/2006 1:41:50 PM
so has anyone ever sold any of these pennys tocks, and did you have trouble filling your sell order?
5/2/2006 1:46:55 PM
Scottrade is a bit funky on how they calculate their commission. I will let you know how it all works out.
5/2/2006 1:49:26 PM
they charge a % on top of commission for the micro-stocksi'm more concerned about actually being able to unload the stock on the market
5/2/2006 1:55:45 PM
in other news, PEIX is doing well
5/2/2006 2:32:48 PM
PS I hope you didnt lose some dough on PGPM on the pullback, but it should spike again in the morning after premarket trading.
5/2/2006 2:43:54 PM
i'm not going near it until i see a couple of days in the red
5/2/2006 2:44:50 PM
is PEIX the only ethanol stock in town? still a good buy at current prices? any good places to read up on it?
5/2/2006 2:59:53 PM
also in the EtOH universe is TGCGPREMGPIBDCO
5/2/2006 3:08:22 PM
The thing about PEIX is Bill Gates owns 25% of the outstanding shares, so you know hes done his research. I would wait for a pull back to around $33.and the thing with FPPL, look at the chart...somebody must of hit the wrong button a few minutes ago and lost a ton of money!

5/2/2006 4:31:26 PM
seriously... i haven't found ANYTHING on pgpm anywhere today.
5/2/2006 4:58:16 PM
I bought an assload of fppl and a decent chun of pgpm. Unfortunately they both went down after I bought them, but oh well. Hopefully they'll go up a a good amount sometime soon.
5/2/2006 7:39:08 PM
what do y'all like in terms of long term holdings?
5/2/2006 11:59:32 PM
peix pull back to 33.... I dont know about that call.... Either way, long term --- I have PEIX, GOLDX, DODFX, and some penny stocks for the short term.Honestly, I think the best bets for long term are mutual funds, unless you plan on keeping up with certain stocks ALL THE TIME. If your young, the two funds above are pretty aggressive, and have given 40% annually in recent years. All that said, in a recession, you need to hedge your bets with something, and many think we could be seeing a slowdown in the near future, so just be careful right now not to put your eggs all in one basket or it might take a few years for you to break even if you do. But Either way, long term means > 5 years to me, so I think you will be safe with any funds for a 5 year period.
5/3/2006 9:15:33 AM
for the long term i own quite a bit of QQQQ. i recommend it to others. i bought it in chunks, so my cost average over time is slightly below $30.its an ETF (electronically traded fund). basically a mutual fund that you can buy as a stock by simply entering the QQQQ as the ticker symbol.i like it because its a summation of a handful of stocks that are relatively healthy, and are representative of the tech economy.
5/3/2006 11:14:16 AM
depends if you're a bear or a bull - and of course what your strategy is.if you see the bull nearing end of its run QQQQ probably isn't a good call right now.
5/3/2006 12:22:12 PM
perhaps. one thing to remember is that QQQQ is leaner and better than QQQ was.i hedge the risk in my Q's with precious metals and healthcare stocks.
5/3/2006 2:55:16 PM
Whats the point in taking an outright position if you are going to hedge it. The one cancels out the other.
5/3/2006 4:39:07 PM
the point is moreso to try an play both sides of macroeconomic trends and bull bear cycleshedging with derivatives surrounding an outright position on individual stocks is a different and more attention consuming game
5/3/2006 4:44:08 PM
5/3/2006 5:51:24 PM
yeah "exchange"
5/3/2006 5:58:13 PM
you can thank cramer for driving PEIX down 3% after hours
5/3/2006 6:50:46 PM
what he say?i'm still at work. gym next--will miss show at 9. will prolly catch a few minutes of the midnight show.
5/3/2006 7:06:22 PM
he said its overvalued and to put the $ in healthcare
5/3/2006 9:11:20 PM
there's a bit of a selloff in all the ethanols
5/4/2006 10:18:07 AM
Just shaking the tree a little, good time to buy... the demand in Ethanol is not going to decrease, and oil prices are going to stay high thru 2007 according the govt. One more bs statement from Iran and these things jump 5-10%. Ethanol is a good long term play, so don't get scared.I bought on the dip, and might actually hold a few of these pink sheets long term. They are so cheap its kinda hard not to, they dont really have anywhere to go but up IMHO.
5/4/2006 11:10:06 AM
yeah, i already have BDCO and TGCmight sell one of those and get PEIX...might notalso, i just unloaded some USU and bought some biotechs
