Ruh Roh . . . Wilson's gonna sell House out.
11/28/2006 9:57:51 PM

11/28/2006 9:58:16 PM
30 silver pieces?
11/28/2006 10:06:13 PM
that's what I'm trying to figure out....
11/28/2006 10:11:26 PM
Think Judas, guys.{edit}That may have come off a bit snappish, so I'll elaborate. According to tradition, Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for a bribe of 30 pieces of silver. [Edited on November 28, 2006 at 10:19 PM. Reason : it's too freaking hot in this room. ]
11/28/2006 10:11:55 PM
out of my territory a bit, but ok.

ooooooh

I guess you can follow the reasoning behind the medical diagnoses.

Im ready for that cop to be gone.. he's starting to annoy the shit out of me chewing that damn gum
11/28/2006 11:27:28 PM
starting?he was annoying before we knew he was a cop
11/28/2006 11:29:56 PM
I think it makes for good television, House episodes were getting really really formulaic before this little subplot entered. Besides all of those pills were a downward spiral and House was getting pretty extreme in some of his actions. I would like to see how this plays out, maybe his painkiller addictions will be cured the hard way? I feel like House will get the last laugh, because he usually does, but I'm really not sure how the cop thing will play out, because he was breaking the law.
11/28/2006 11:39:59 PM
I've actually started to like the cop angle. It's showing everyone turning on House, because their personal lives are finally being influenced by House. I wonder if they'll ever do anything again with his knee surgery? Or did they just let that one fade away?
11/29/2006 9:13:34 AM
I like the cop angle because it's the only semi-realistic thing about that whole damned show
11/29/2006 9:22:52 AM
Never saw Wilson Flippin' on House. After all the shit that cop tried to pull with the freezing of the bank accounts and setting up shop at the hospital I wouldn't tell him a damn thing. Oh, for those of you that didn't understand the bit about the 30 silver pieces..........Geez.
11/29/2006 12:06:36 PM
What I didn't get is what Chase said at the end. I couldn't hear it becuase the damn phone rang, but it sounded like he was gonna roll on House and then Wilson showed up to do it.Anyone remember the gist of what he said. I can't wait to own DVR.

YOU DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION IN SUNDAY SCHOOL
11/29/2006 5:14:14 PM
11/29/2006 5:30:20 PM
my boyfriend came to the conclusion last night that wilson decided to sell him out, but only because chase was going to. he thinks that he's going to tell the cop only like half of the truth before chase can get to him......i know that was a clumbsy explanantion, but what can i say-i suck at expressing myself in writing
11/29/2006 7:57:21 PM
I can't figure out why they keep going into the cop's "office" to talk to him. Wouldn't any normal person just avoid the guy?
11/29/2006 8:07:23 PM
i wonder what strange disease the cop ends up having
11/29/2006 8:13:56 PM
^ or his wife or kid
11/29/2006 8:21:11 PM
sunday school? never went. I could count the number of times i've been to church service on one hand. everyone can believe whatever they want, but I personally don't want to go down that road at this point in my life.but back to house, I'm not sure if he'll take the plea deal (remember when he gave it up for a week to get out of clinic duty?) but I think Chase's and Wilson's characters will go through a big change in the next few episodes. Part of me also thinks that House will end up apologizing for the mother comment and will end up being the baby's dady. [Edited on November 29, 2006 at 8:30 PM. For the unknown thirty pieces crowd:That is a very popular allusion used in literature to mean 'the price for betrayal'I think its been used in Shakespeare, but at the very least it is used in a lot of places where you may have had a chance to pick up on it besides Sunday school.By the same token, if you've ever heard someone called a Judas, you probably got the reference even without being taught it in school.
11/29/2006 8:35:30 PM
Didn't House and Cutty have a previous relationship? I only started watching House at the end of last year, but I've been trying to get the 1st and second seasons, and I saw the House marathon a few weeks ago too, that cleared up a lot of things. I'd like to see them get together (again?) though, there's always this sexual tension in their conversations and how they act toward each other.
11/29/2006 8:38:49 PM
I can't believe no one is calling out the ridiculous shower scene with Cuddy and that little girl...it's like the producers saw the new Bond and said "Hey, let's be like those guys and put a cool emotional scene in OUR show too!" What was the reason behind that scene? For a show that is pretty good at staying grounded in terms of real-life medical scenarios (for the most part) they really lost it there....unless I'm missing something huge.
11/29/2006 8:41:20 PM
they were in the shower to cool the girl downher body temp was way too high and they couldn't contain it in the ORand she felt responsible for putting the girl in that situation
11/29/2006 8:47:21 PM
no, they have never been together
11/29/2006 8:47:31 PM
What was the reason? THe kid's body temperature was getting high enough to kill her brain.......they needed to cool her down fast, it's either a cold shower or a bucket of icewater to get your body temperature down. I had to do that once when I was a kid when I had a temperature of like 103.something.And to hondaguy, I seem to barely remember an episode where they both checked into the same hotel room and shit was about to get real, and House was like 'thank you...' but then something came up and nothing happened.[Edited on November 29, 2006 at 8:49 PM. Reason : ^^yeah i know charlie got the jump on me]
11/29/2006 8:47:49 PM
Just a btt because I don't think anybody realized that I edited in that second question to hondaguy....because I swear I saw an episode like that....
11/29/2006 9:26:14 PM
^^yeah i had to do the same thing about a month ago.. had a temp of 103 so I just took a Cold shower to temporarily bring it down until the medicine kicked in.. so yeah that scene wasnt so unreasonable
11/29/2006 9:34:19 PM
^^^ I think you're thinking of the House-Stacey(the older lawyer woman) episode...they checked into a room in the airport when they were stranded, and were about to get it on but House was needed or something...In regards to the shower, I guess I was just a bit taken aback by the way Cuddy was just chilling there with the girl in her arms, VERY reminiscent of those stereotypical "emotionally drained protagonist sitting helpless under a running shower"-type scenes...I figured there was a much more scientific way of cooling down a patient's BT[Edited on November 29, 2006 at 11:49 PM. 11/29/2006 11:43:26 PM
i think she was yelling for some ice blankets or something of that nature but they didnt have any in the O.R. and thats the reason she had to go to the shower
11/29/2006 11:55:41 PM
Yeah there were no cool blankets and ice packs in the OR because there had been a huge accident and they took them all to the ER or something[Edited on November 30, 2006 at 2:46 AM. Reason : g]
11/30/2006 2:46:29 AM
It was part doctor, part "mother freaking out". She finally had her chance to look after a kid, which she had been wanting to do for so long, and she was too scared to do anything.I was so freaked out when I thought they were going to cut her up, I kept thinking they were going to stop but they make the marks and had the tools and everything.

Fogler asks Cutty if she is sleeping with House and she says it is no... Then he says But you did and she says it is none of his business. That is the only allusion to a Cutty House relationship I can remember[Edited on November 30, 2006 at 2:00 PM. Reason : t]
11/30/2006 1:59:53 PM
Ok, my bad, that was probably one of the first episodes I saw so its a foggy memory because I didn't really even know the other characters then. In that case, I'd like to see that explored more because there is something between House and Cutty.
11/30/2006 5:17:27 PM
FYI, it's "Cuddy" not "Cutty"
11/30/2006 6:48:49 PM
Anyone know if there is a website out there that shows what the final bills of these patients on House would be? I guess if you are saving someone's life it doesn't matter, but I would think the lump sum would ruin a family in the real world. It would be interesting if there was a website since House is the only medical show I know of to cover a patients complete stay in a hospital.
11/30/2006 6:56:00 PM
I imagine with the exorbitant amount of tests and complicated operations they end up doing over and over on these patients, the bills must be astronomical.
