i like it when earl makes it clear he isn't trolling, he is just an idiot and bigly respects trump[Edited on July 28, 2017 at 7:27 AM. Reason : new page]

Ok so new page, I didn't really read the previous page so I'm going to start fresh here, and plus I've been on vacation so I've been mostly staying away from the internet.I've been reading about Scaramucci, and I'm really concerned with what I'm seeing. Really concerned. Sure, people use that kind of language all the time in conversations. I try to avoid profanity for the most part, mainly because I'm raising a little girl and I want her to learn her profanity from her friends in first grade, not me. But this guy is going to be the official WH communications director. Does he not understand why he shouldn't go off on profanity laced tirades? And more than that, public tirades against people in his president's own staff? They really need to handle this mess behind closed doors. I'm just appalled at this point, and I'm not really surprised that Trump would appoint someone like this, but for all those who kept holding out hope that Trump would be more presidential, well here, here ya go. Maybe this guys actions might turn away some of your evangelicals? Would they look past this kind of behavior for "the greater good?"
7/28/2017 9:02:15 AM
Eh, he is honestly the least of my concerns. Decorum is dead and pointless anyway. Politicians shouldn't be role models or looked up to. That died officially with Bill Clinton. Scaramuchi is a glory hunter, that's it.I'm more worried about a thousand other things.^^ I struggle with Earl because he is right about a lot of things that are wrong with Democrats (which have been disseminated on here). That's why I don't default to trolling every post with him like JCE. But the Trump-genius stuff is just bizarre.[Edited on July 28, 2017 at 9:05 AM. Reason : Evangelicals are loving Trump. Court appts and "Merry Christmas" bullshit.]
7/28/2017 9:05:11 AM
It is bizzarre because most people on the left could never admit that the leader of the other side is great. I might be the only person who can look for enough out of my own perspective to see it. Everyone else who sees it is a Trump supporter. Especially when he is singlehandedly destroying all of our goals and pushing the right's agenda forward and winning. People on the left have it in their mind that he is evil. It would be like saying "Bin Laden is a genius" in 2002. It hurts and is too soon to admit.
7/28/2017 10:47:37 AM
Please stop taking Earl seriously.
7/28/2017 10:49:51 AM
Wtf am I watching? A speech on the blood-stained killing fields of...... Long Island. This is pretty disgusting. He's encouraging LEOs to rough up suspects explicitly and they are clapping in the background.[Edited on July 28, 2017 at 2:37 PM. Reason : But obama once said a good thing about a cop so both sides]

That's a great, sad article. So much talent out there. Maybe even a few spinsters that could talk down some of the dumb stuff Trump says, but nope, he went here, to this guy who looks like Gotti's accountant.
7/29/2017 10:38:39 PM
Trump has a long, long history of admiration for mobsters and authoritarians. He is too weak and stupid to actually be one himself but he loves those lifestyles. I mean he proudly boasts about it.[Edited on July 30, 2017 at 8:27 AM. Reason : X]
7/30/2017 8:27:05 AM
^^^i am nearly in tears laughing at this article. They gave us statements like Kellyanne Conway's "alternative facts," or Katrina Pierson's bit about how Trump wasn't changing his position on immigration, but rather "changing the words that he is saying."ahahahahhaha

Well that didn't take long, Mooch out, +1 credibility?

He sold the American public that his presidency would be that of a successful businessman who knows how to run a company so well that he could translate that success into a great political leader.Part of being a good businessman and manager, leader, is to be able to maintain a low turnover rate of your staff. His staff is a revolving door.

Fascist Apprentice

he sold that to the Americans who are suckers and easily fleecedit was always a bogus promise, as he isn't a successful businessman

Nobody is arguing that firing incompetent employees is bad, but hiring an employee so incompetent he has to be fired 10 days later is not a sign of good leadership.[Edited on July 31, 2017 at 11:45 PM. Reason : ]

So lets say you hired a guy who you thought was great but then it turned out your judgement was flawed and you knew right away he was a bad hire.Do you keep him just to uphold the image that you are too great of a leader to have hired him in the first place?
7/31/2017 11:52:46 PM
Given the public statements he had made previously, it was fairly apparent he was a terrible choice.

He's clueless and/or reaching for ways to continue to defend Trump at all costs. I guess it's part of that weird Jill Stein Trump is better than Clinton thing they just can't let go of.In any case, a business where everyone is undercutting and sabotaging each other to impress the boss is obviously going to be wildly inefficient. If you hire talented, hard-working people that nonsense takes care of itself.

It's so awkward that he demands credit for the stock market and economy given what he said about it under Obama. I mean, we all knew he would do this, but the economy is pretty much exactly where it was when he was calling it a disaster and carnage.Tbf though, did influence the stock market as business optimism is higher because of his big deregulation talk. I guess his brand of populism is just different ¯\_(?)_/¯

There are several bubbles that are just waiting to burst. Let's hope they don't, but if they do under his tenure, we will be, as a nation, wholly unprepared.

Wait wait, so the dude you guys were calling crazy for investigating the Seth Rich story is suing FoxNews.com because of the Seth Rich story and now he's a hero.Awesome consistency.Like the media's coverage of John McCain consistency.I don't know if a person could make up this kind of twisting and turning to oppose a man as much as some of you.

I'll go ahead and say I see nothing wrong with a merit-based immigration system. It has to have some sort of family caveat but in general you could build a broad base of support across multiple industries for that.Where Trump and Miller go wrong is the massive reduction in green cards. The fact of the matter is Americans don't take the jobs migrants and immigrants do. Until that is solved you cant slash legal immigration in half. Also, Steven Miller is really adept at dog whistle statements.[Edited on August 2, 2017 at 3:27 PM. Average apartment rent in Napa Valley is $2037/mo, vs. $1600/mo in 2012, let alone other cost of living rises. Surprise, when people can't afford to live in the area, they can't work for your shit wages.https://www.rentjungle.com/average-rent-in-napa-rent-trends/And btw, average farm worker pay across the US is $7.25http://nfwm.org/education-center/farm-worker-issues/low-wages/But keep on beating down the working class, bourgie scum.
8/2/2017 4:20:06 PM
you're aware that it's the case nationwide, and not just in an area with an absurdly high cost of living, right?
8/2/2017 4:47:35 PM
average farm worker pay across the US is $7.25http://nfwm.org/education-center/farm-worker-issues/low-wages/
8/2/2017 4:49:58 PM
^^^I'm not "beating down the working class" you anti-west autocrat apologist piece of shit. I'm pointing out how fucking stupid an idea it is to arbitrarily cut down on immigration when the only thing it will do is accelerate the shift to automation.[Edited on August 2, 2017 at 4:50 PM. Reason : .]
8/2/2017 4:50:11 PM
I assume I wasn't being called scum based on my post (it was probably the patronizing one after mine) but my only point is that a merit-based system isn't inherently bad just because Trump's team proposed it but it doesn't solve the low wage problem nationwide for American farm-workers. In fact it may be exasperated by the unwise halving of green cards.[Edited on August 2, 2017 at 4:53 PM. Reason : And this is pissing into the wind given Dems won't vote for it and neither will moderate GOP]
8/2/2017 4:52:22 PM
^^you're laughing at people for supposedly not wanting to work in napa fucking valley, when in actuality they are being so fucked by the upper class that they are forced to move somewhere cheaperand you're promoting indentured servitude as an alternative to automation. great job!
8/2/2017 4:58:57 PM
No I'm laughing at the xenophobic idea that less immigrants will mean more jobs for US workers, something that has been consistently proven to not be the case. US workers don't want those jobs, no matter what you pay them. Period.Fucking dumbass, no wonder your ilk will never represent anything other than the whiny sore losers of American politics. Too dumb to understand complex issues and too lazy to try.
