just spoke to my boss, his house got struck by lightning. He has no lightning rods on the home, so everything got fried. Lost a TV

i'm guessing he'll have to rewire the house? idk

the house we are buying is in Knightdale off of Forestville Road - which was one of the areas that was hardest hit. I drove by the new place yesterday and everything looked good. We just had our house inspection done last Monday, I really hope nothing got damaged during the storm that wasnt included in the inspection report, cause it will most likely be our problem to fix at this point.

it's not your house till you sign the dotted line. I would recommend at least a walk through if not another inspection to look for storm induced damage. At worst, you might lose your security deposit, but that's better than thousands in storm damage and an unknown repair list.

Knightdale/Wake Forest/Rolesville

we are between Louisburg and Buffalo Roads, off of Forestville Road

throw Wake Forest out, that location you described has nothing to do with Wake Forest

it could be said that you are moving to a location that is between Knightdale and Rolesville, but it is neither Knightdale nor Rolesville

and it likely has a Raleigh address

describing a place as "Knightdale/Wake Forest/Rolesville" is the most ridiculous thing I've seen today

It wasn't between WFR and Glenwood, so that eliminates 2 miles.

It level my neighborhood. It came directly over my house at Aprox 4.pm. I have major damage to the garage as well as several holes in the roof of the house.
