I noticed that too. When Andrea gets stopped by Martinez at Woodbury you see her breath, but it's all warm and sunny at the prison and in the field.

this show is going down hill. I have not liked most of this season. The episode last night was very boring. He could have easily ran her down in that truck... That part where she was running form the truck was absurd...also how easily he snuck up behind her at the edge of the prison
3/18/2013 5:07:20 PM
i'm kinda disappointed that the zombies are essentially background noise at this point. a whole horde against the governor? no problem. i get that the people are the "real" walking dead, and they've become quite adept at dealing with the walkers, but i wish there was a little more danger felt from them
3/18/2013 5:21:58 PM
Fact-checking people need to relax.. it's a show about zambies. Don't expect everything to be perfectly reasonable. Also, do you not live in the same area I do that one day it is snowing and two days later it's close to 70? hahaI totally agree with ^ though... the zombies seem to be losing the edge they had in season 1 where we feared them. Something needs to happen, a mutation maybe, next season that gives them an edge.
3/18/2013 5:47:30 PM
Oh God, please not a mutation. They'll all be running around and shit like those worthless fucking zombies from "I Am Legend."
3/18/2013 7:42:49 PM
those were not zombies, in the sense they were still alive28 days later were not zombies either
3/19/2013 8:07:23 AM
I remember when this show wasnt boring as ... It was last year. The Andrea story line is a snoozer and the actirs that play Andrea and the governor act their parts poorly imoGlen is a complete bitch now as well.[Edited on March 19, 2013 at 8:26 AM. Reason : B]

You boys want some Werther's Originals?]
3/19/2013 6:22:17 PM
Hahahaha
3/19/2013 6:55:56 PM
Finally. A fat zombie.
3/19/2013 6:57:57 PM
The best part of that episode was when they showed the burned zombies and they were still trying to bite.
3/19/2013 8:06:27 PM
3/20/2013 9:39:33 PM
some of you fuckers just can't be pleased

Just watched the most recent episode last night. I liked it. It seemed like a good change of pace from the most of the previous episodes that follow the "talk for 45 minutes - 5 minutes of action" formula. The cat and mouse game with Andrea and the gov was intense and creepy and a very different flavor of creepy from the rest of the show.
3/23/2013 10:54:59 AM
My wish list for TWD:- a major character dies- the governor plot line ends- something happens to make the scenery change and there is more of the "on the road" perspective- zombies become more of a threat...but not over the top- rick gets over this Lori stuff- inconsequential characters are killed in droves (carol, the babysitter, herschel, even the baby- damn im an awful person )- there is infighting that leads to a plot twist (a la Rick vs. Shane)...not just the omnipresent bickering- obviously the acting needs to pick up. Morgan was 10x better than anyone from this standpoint. Would like to see the bar raised here. The next conflict for season 4 is more than just a bad guy...it has to be someone you kind of like to make it more compelling. What else am i missing?
3/24/2013 11:24:02 AM
I just want the gov gone and Andrea dead as well.Darryl needs more air time too, less Rick.thats about it. they need to get back to the season 2 OMG type stuff
3/24/2013 4:03:26 PM
^^^None of those would be complaints (except the acting) if they followed the pacing of the comics.
3/24/2013 6:16:06 PM
I bet Merle ends up like Tyreese did in the comics
3/24/2013 9:25:37 PM
ok i'm calling bullshit, no way that CD would be in that car. and we know there's no radio.[Edited on March 24, 2013 at 9:48 PM. Reason : welp]
3/24/2013 9:46:27 PM
Well, I guess that means Andrea is still around.
3/24/2013 9:53:19 PM
man hands
3/24/2013 9:55:02 PM
lol at Merle creeping towards the warehouse, bumping his music with walkers following himawesome scene
3/24/2013 9:59:29 PM
at the end, Daryl was all
3/24/2013 10:04:24 PM
if that walker hadnt come at him, he might have gotten them allnow we get the assault on the prison it appears from the scenes from next week
3/24/2013 10:19:49 PM
No Andrea = good episode.Good way for Merle to go out from a story perspective.surprising that only the 1st episode ever is longer than an hour. Seems like this next one would be a good candidate. If AMC can give Mad Men a 3 hour season 6 premier, why in the hell can't TWD have at least an hour and a half season 3 finale!!??
3/24/2013 10:23:12 PM
3/24/2013 10:42:50 PM
should there have been a rap CD in the car or something based on the rims?seemed like typical rock music somebody in Georgia would be listening to
3/24/2013 10:47:06 PM
good episode though, Merle finally came around to be a "good guy" and if you saw the extended peak at next week's SEASON FINALE, it looks pretty good...shit is gonna pop off at the prison, only questions are who dies and who does the killingmaybe it'll be like Police Academy: City Under Siege where the "similar characters" have their own individual faceoffs, like when Tackleberry and the enemy guy who is the sharpshooter have a shoot-off, but it will be like Daryl and Rodriguez
3/24/2013 11:35:05 PM
rick will square off with the governor, and the gov will win the fightbut then in his "moment of victory" one of his own will shoot him in the back(im thinking Milton, Tyreese, possibly Andrea)then he will turn around and look at them after he is shot, to the tune ofmmmm what you say, mmmm that you only meant well, well because you did....
3/25/2013 6:27:43 AM
great, pen-ultimate episode; really tugged at your emotions big time. I was a little surprised the governor did Merle in like that, making him "suffer" by turning him into a walker. After all, Merle was instrumental in helping the Gov so much. Couldn't even do him the decency of putting a bullet to his head. and all that after we finally see Merle's conscience clear and really consider what Darryl told him. granted he still took Michonne but in the end, let her go.now with Glenn and Maggie engaged, 1 or both of them are going down next week. i think after the emotions tonight with Darryl finding his brother, they are gonna keep that trend next week.

Walking Dead Finale: Citizens on Patrol.
3/25/2013 11:19:37 AM
I've enjoyed most of this season.Darryl looked asian in the first few scenes in the last episode. He needs some sunglasses.
3/25/2013 11:24:33 AM
3/25/2013 7:23:19 PM
or Hershel, so he can do a big dying speech to them
3/25/2013 7:25:27 PM
All of his speeches seem like dying speeches to meMotorhead was nice but yea, oddly placed for that car.
3/25/2013 8:08:12 PM
Maggie, the gov and probably Martinez are goners. Milton saves Andrea and they join the prison gang. Rick should finally be back from crazy town only to have Glen lose it when Maggie is killed. Tyrese and his girl join the prison gang and that other white dude with them gets killed. The prison gang flee the prison and the Woodbury survivors are forgotten.

3/25/2013 11:10:51 PM
Just saw the last episode. Liked it, Good moments, but this seemed like another one where there was too much talking in between that is only chalked up to "character development." Also I'm always a fan of the bad guy turned good who sacrifices himself for the group plot device, but I was hoping they'd give Merle something more original.
3/25/2013 11:16:56 PM
Prolly Glenn that dies and Maggie has a baby boy.
3/25/2013 11:17:10 PM
I wanted Andrea dead and wanted Merle alive. Fuck you Walking Dead.
3/25/2013 11:36:52 PM
yeah i hated to see Merle go out.
3/26/2013 9:14:56 AM
FWIW, he went out like a champion.
3/26/2013 9:18:55 AM
any chance Morgan comes to the rescue in the finale?
3/26/2013 9:33:37 AM
^I think it's more likely lennie James will rescue the episode, but Morgan didn't strike me as any kind of hero character.I hope if they bring him in it's more akin to The Scatman in The Shining. They'll spend the entire episode getting him to come to the prison for help, and as soon as he gets there someone will blast a hole in his chest.
3/26/2013 9:55:47 AM
if it were real, Merle should have gotten Rick, Glen, and Darryl in on his plan, they prolly would have taken out the entire woodbury partybut its not real, and i like the way they did it for the show
3/26/2013 9:59:57 AM
I think he suspected that he wasn't going to live through his ambush, and wanted to do it alone.
3/26/2013 10:12:08 AM
Yeah think his mission was to take out the Governor after he realized that he had turned him into a monster/henchman. He knew he'd die, but the main goal was to distract and kill as many as possible. Was surprised he didn't go after The Governor before shooting anyone else, guess the mentality of getting as many as possible took over.
