i kinda feel like coooking, but that'd require putting on pants and getting something from the storei feel like ass after having to eat out so much, traveling every other day really does fuck with your intake.i got nothin here but some old kale that needs to be tossed and ingredients, but no stars.i kinda feel like doing something weird, maybe play with the mandolin slicer.

fucking around and weird things happendecided to make sweet potato chips with the mandolin slicer, just to get some experience with itin hindsight, totally does not go with the meal what so ever, and basically ate them as a desert, but they were gooood. cinnamon, salt, truffle oilso the other parts were a halibut filet (that was overcooked due to not realizing until i was throwing it into the pan that it had not fully thawed... went to the shitty market that was close... i hate that place).. had made a quick marinade with sriracha, soy, garlic, and some ketchup to cut. pan bi laterally (no idea if that's a term), then made a pan sauce with the rest of the marinade and a few tbspn of butter... totally turned into a baby poo looking sauce, but the flavor was there, although too much butterbut the star was the mirin sauteed bok choyhow would you incorporate a starch into this? im getting bored with roasting and purees, i wanted some textural difference.idk.
