maximus you little shit troll. Hockey ratings were up from 2004 the year before the lockout. For losing the ESPN deal and sitting out of year, that's pretty fucking good.

It doesnt hurt that the product on the ice is much better and attendence prices in our market have done quite well, and front office is turning a profit and has been since the semis. If you add that up it's quite a good haul for a 'dead sport'.

Even though we lost G5 in heartbreakign fashion, I am going with Sam Adams Light tonight, which is 14-3 in the playoffs. I switched from no coozie to coozie during the 3rd intermission, so no coozie tonight...I'll just have to suck it up and drink faster/drink warm beer.
