Can't believe as paranoid as Rick is, he didn't demand the table be turned upside down or at least make the gov sit somewhere he wasn't comfortable
3/10/2013 9:17:26 PM
yeah, also when rick was standing there i figured he saw the gun under the table...it doesnt seem as dark in the room as it did when he first got there, and theres not a tablecloth or anything
3/10/2013 9:28:03 PM
God just one of them shoot the other one so we can move on. They're both becoming bores.
3/10/2013 9:38:47 PM
i didn't know if he was gonna ask for Michonne, Merle...or one of Rick's eyes
3/10/2013 9:39:32 PM
If Carl hadn't said what he had about her last ep, he'd probably do it
3/10/2013 9:40:41 PM
Its obvious we're not gonna have a show if they stay at the prison, so I wonder what is going to happen to force them to move on.
3/10/2013 9:53:36 PM
Rick's pre-game speech got me kinda pumped up, then he got all wishy washy when he was talking to Hershelshould be an interesting final 3 episodes, hopefully
3/10/2013 10:01:51 PM
^ I thought the same thing about Rick's speech, then his chat with Herschel.
3/10/2013 11:02:19 PM
so is next week the season finale? wonder what the body count is gonna be.
3/10/2013 11:05:59 PM
3 episodes left this season[Edited on March 10, 2013 at 11:11 PM. Reason : season finale is 3/31]
3/10/2013 11:10:40 PM
Martinez line count increases. chance of certain death increases.
3/11/2013 8:00:47 AM
is there gonna be a Martinez/Daryl spinoff show
3/11/2013 9:04:09 AM

Rick should have shot the governor before even speaking to him. You have a gun pointed at him. He does not have one pointed at you. You've already said the governor had to be killed. So kill him. You are outmanned and outgunned. Sure, he may have a dozen guys around. Who cares? You're not going to get better odds by waiting or dealing (except when writers make it that way). He's the crazy guy with heads in fish tanks. As long as he's alive, nothing good comes.Turns out, his posse wasn't even on-scene at the time. And by getting the governor, but not any henchmen, it is possible (or even probable) that the town becomes less hostile.Simply put, when you have a chance to kill the big bad guy, you kill the big bad guy.
3/11/2013 4:10:34 PM
Why did the governor even have the gun strapped to the table? I was expecting him to pull it out and shoot Rick at any second or at least have it start a fight or something but it was never even mentioned again.
3/11/2013 4:18:54 PM
And even now when Rick made the mistake of not killing the governor, he still has a good shot at him.Rick knows he'll be at that barn at noon in two days. So tonight, he should have one or two snipers hide in the woods for a day and a half, ready to kill him when he shows up. Put another guy hiding inside the barn to kill him when he comes in, if the snipers can't get a good shot. Then run like hell. Or have every single man on his side waiting for an ambush. The town won't send every man to this meeting, but they will/would send every man against the prison. This is your best shot. The governor is planning an ambush. Rick doesn't know that, but getting his people there on the first night would give them the advantage. Woodbury's ambush crew would get an ambush when they showed up.
3/11/2013 4:30:56 PM
I thought the walkers were attracted to noise? When they passed 100 of them while coming back into the prison, not a one of them even turned around to look at them.
3/11/2013 10:46:05 PM
Another good episode. I feel the set up for a epic final 2-3 episodes. III
3/12/2013 12:35:09 AM
Finally watched the episode last night. Not as good as last weeks, but definitely an improvement over the previous episodes after the mid-season break.I kept thinking Merle was going to sneak out while Glen and Maggie were going at it, since no one was on watch.
3/12/2013 9:31:16 AM
I kept thinking Merle was going to sneak out join in while Glen and Maggie were going at itfanfic style
3/12/2013 9:38:30 AM
yeah i thought something would happen too... either sneaking, peeking, or joining.
3/12/2013 9:49:42 AM
This is heating up to be a good finale.
3/12/2013 10:02:00 AM
I'm guessing 1 more set up episode, the show down, and then the show down aftermath/where they are going next for the finale.
3/12/2013 12:24:37 PM
i was expecting something to go down when maggie and glenn were getting it on. it seemed like such a setup for it.overall, enjoying these episodes as they are building up so much for the battle. there's no question it's gonna be bloody with people dying on both sides of the fence. i just hope it's no one good they kill off!
3/12/2013 12:49:08 PM
one of maggie or glen has to go, i don't see a way around it. there hasn't been a major character death since lori.....unless they're gonna count hershel's other daughter or carol as major.
3/12/2013 12:55:49 PM
I think Daryl will die. I still don't trust Merle, and I am just waiting for him to fuck things up and get Daryl killed accidentally.
3/12/2013 2:36:17 PM
3/12/2013 3:42:28 PM
^ I can't see them getting rid of Daryl. Norman Reedus is too popular to not take into the next season. It's my guess that, since season 2, they're removing characters based on overlaps, either demographic or personality.Black guyT-Dogg Oscar Tyrese (though he's disappeared)Old white guy, non-violent, ethics preacherDale HerschelGroup leaderShane RickKidCarl SophiaMaternal FigureLori Carol (possibly Beth)It's my guess then that Rick, Carl, Daryl and Herschel will survive, and if Tyrese and his crew make an appearance soon, Tyrese. Maggie, Meryl, Andrea, Beth, Carol, Tyrese's sister, the dad and kid with his group, the nerd and Martinez would seem to be fair game.I don't know where to put Glen. There's also another character or two that I'd list but it'd be getting into spoiler territory.
3/12/2013 3:54:20 PM
Maggie has to go. After bangin it out with Glenn, she is bound to be pregnant, and they're not about to have another new born baby on the show. She gone
3/12/2013 4:23:38 PM
Prison gang: Hershel is gone soon. Possibly Maggie first. Need a reason to make Glen take a trip to crazy town and become ruthless. Rick will probably make it till some time in the middle to end of next season. Depending on how much time goes by. Woodbury: Martinez is gone soon. Possibly the Gov also. Nerd boy and Andrea will survive the battle and will join the prison gang. They'll either take over Woodbury on go on the move again since Woodbury will probably get destroyed in the battle.
3/12/2013 4:30:59 PM
^^I agree. She's first on my list just because her death will inflict the most amount of pain into the group.^I can't see Kirkman ever allowing Rick to die, and if he did, it would be the end of the series.
3/12/2013 4:34:22 PM
yeah rick isn't going anywhere, despite doing his best annoying david caruso imitation of standing sideways whenever confronting someone
3/12/2013 5:04:37 PM
5^ Tyrese and his people are in Woodbury. Remember, they showed up 3 episodes back and the Governor found out they had an idea of what was in the prison. He was in the preview for this coming week as well.As for people they will get rid of, my money would be on Hershel, most of the Governor's people (Andrea will probably make it and maybe the doctor/scientist guy), there is no way the Governor makes it through. From watching the preview at the end of the last episode, I wouldn't be shocked if Andrea isn't the one to finally kill him.I don't see any way for both Daryl and Merle to survive either. The only question is does Merle do something stupid and get Daryl killed or does he try to redeem himself and get killed in the process? The only other option is that he does something selfish that backfires and gets killed in the process.Tyrese and Michone will both probably make it. Herschel's younger daughter and Carol are probably fair game. I'd bet on Rick and Carl sticking around for awhile along with Glenn and Maggie seeing how that's the only real relationship they have on the show at this point.
3/12/2013 6:03:06 PM
I hope they cut the Gov's head off.
3/12/2013 8:28:21 PM
This had me loling pretty hard.
3/12/2013 10:26:15 PM
lol
3/12/2013 11:42:39 PM
^^ That always kills me, If someone would just tell her "He murdered a dozen soldiers who were looking for help and stole their shit, pretend raped Maggie, and ordered the execution of her and Glen" She wouldn't have such a conflict with slitting his throat in the night.Same goes for the nerd. I'm pretty sure he'd poison the special tea if he someone fed him more than cryptic one liners whenever they return from a murder outing.[Edited on March 12, 2013 at 11:46 PM. Reason : ]
3/12/2013 11:46:03 PM
i hear that, but i think the nerd scientist is a pussy and he figures the best chance at him staying alive is being a complete subservient bitch to the governoras for andrea, i think she's nutting up and will probably end up taking him out, but she's a woman and recently got some dick from him, so probably has her hormones all racing and stuff]
3/12/2013 11:50:17 PM
I just hope she takes him out a la Preying Mantis or Black Widow.[Edited on March 12, 2013 at 11:55 PM. Reason : The does the Xena yell]

3/13/2013 12:07:51 AM
boring episode was boring. they aren't doing shit. I see we are on my band wagon in killing some main characters. I believe this isnt going to happen. all these people are going to survive. the governor might die in a backstabbing by Blonde. it would be awesome if it was the other way around but the writers have no ballsyou think there would be more old people zombies and more children zombies. all these zombies seem to be between the ages of 25 -35 and skinny. speaking of zombies, where the hell are they ? they are becoming stage props. this is bullshitcant wait for next week show.
3/13/2013 1:18:45 AM
3/13/2013 8:47:26 AM
i think the nerd will kill the governor in his "moment of victory"and no, thats not from the comicsthen andrea will be preggers, with a boythat boy and Judith will be King and Queen of the Restored United States
3/13/2013 9:06:58 AM
3/13/2013 12:09:23 PM
emaciated zombies are more visually appealing.
3/13/2013 2:23:46 PM
3/13/2013 3:22:18 PM
I would think zombies lose weight over time, they aren't exactly gorging themselves.
3/13/2013 3:53:17 PM
burning zombie calories
