Im planning an EPIC day of cooking tomorrow.Breakfast: bacon, eggs, pancakes Lunch: probably just snack all day so I'll be ready to eat my epic dinner.Beer can chicken on the grill. Except I wont use beer, I'll use a chicken broth mix with some seasoning. Steamed veggies for the side. And I'm cooking a blueberry cobbler in my new dutch oven.

a peppercorn crusted mahi filet over garlic wilted kale, with a parsnip puree bed... blood orange reduction.my plating skills fucking suckand in hindsight, probably should have let the reduction go a bit more to get more syrupy, and less on the plate, but the flavors were totally there.maybe a touch one note texture style, but crisping the mahi a bit more could have alleviated that
