I like how Obama is keeping things positive. I mean, just today, he released a new ad bashing McCain, using footage from last night's debate. Stay classy, Obama. Only 3 more weeks of lying through your teeth to the American people. Then you can start fucking the little guy in the ass while you rob his bank account

you should be embarassed. your candidate is spending more money on negative ads than his opponent's entire advertising budget. Of course, if your candidate had kept his word... Nah, that's not a problem. You know you can trust everything else he has promised in his campaign

^^ how is it that you can get that 30% > 100% but you don't seem to grasp why a flat tax is less fair to poor people?
10/16/2008 11:18:29 PM
Letterman is putting the heat on McCain right now. Look for that on Youtube.

^^ i actually caught that part of the debate, and I was puzzled why McCain didn't defend himself better. I hope that's now how he'd defend the country if he were president.
10/17/2008 12:37:13 AM
mccain immediately claimed it wasnt true, twice...no sense in spending much more time dispelling a blatant lie when there are so many lies out there
10/17/2008 12:42:44 AM
^ the point of a debate is to debate something like that. If it's blatantly untrue, that's even better, because he has reality on his side (something Republicans have been lacking recently).
10/17/2008 12:44:05 AM
no, you dont need to waste your time arguing something thats obviously false to anyone with common sense...kind of like how you dont need to waste your time trying to reason with a dictator who obviously cant think rationally and wants to wipe israel off the map100% negative ads? how does anyone believe that shit?]

The Obama Thugocracy Goes After Joe the Plumberhttp://townhall.com/Columnists/LorieByrd/2008/10/17/the_obama_thugocracy_goes_after_joe_the_plumberWhy do Obama-Joe "Plugs" and the MSM hate Joe the Plumber?
10/17/2008 12:52:39 AM
^ I don't think anyone "hates" him but if he's going to go on national TV and lie about what he does, he should be prepared for some scrutiny. In any case, he's already admitted, as has been pointed out in another thread, that he just felt on his own that despite what Obama's been saying, he's just going to raise his taxes anyway. This type of delusion seems to be pretty common among the right. They don't hate Obama based on what he says or his policies, they hate him based on made-up policies they ascribe to him in their version of reality.

nationalized programs? elements of socialism? all his programs are great ideas, but they don't work in reality, and none of his supporters seem to realize that, they just see the smoke and mirrors
10/17/2008 1:02:01 AM
^ you seem to have mistook the meaning of "proven around the world" with "asserted based on my own delusions."What nationalized programs of Obamas? His gov. insurance company doesn't nationalize anything, it's a new competitive entity. And McCain seems to love nationalizing the banks, he even suspended his campaign to make that happen. The US is ALREADY socialist in many ways, and has been that way for decades, and we're the greatest country on the planet as a result.
10/17/2008 1:05:12 AM
I guarantee you, moron, that if I lined up a random, say, ten self-described Obama supporters they couldn't (1) name three accomplishments of his and (2) couldn't articulate why they support him--other than abstract concepts such as "change," hope," or "yes, we can." Some might even be candid enough to reveal that they are supporting him because their skin color matches.
