I'm not being nitpicky, you're just spouting bullshit hearsay as facts and got pissy because you got called out
9/8/2023 9:01:41 PM
You know who I'm calling out? Sam Hartman for being a dang traitor!!
9/8/2023 10:02:52 PM
That man has thrown 6TD's to 6 Int's vs. NCSU during his lonnng career. So you're saying there's a chance?
9/8/2023 10:32:54 PM
Spent way too much time on this, but....From the 2014 NCHSAA map below, we can tell CF has 4 large women's restrooms, 2 large men's restroom, 10 smaller restrooms (5 for men, 5 for women), plus 4 single-occupant restrooms (not captured on the map - via koobit link below). I don't believe we've added any restrooms since then.We can see a snippet of the women's restroom in the northeast corner in a [Tw/X]eet linked below. This restroom corresponds to the one in the top left, marked 9 in pink.In the image, you can see 8 toilets. Assuming the right wall also has ~4 more, that shows 12 toilets, plus the two single-occupant restrooms along the left. Assuming that the double doors as 6' wide, you can get a scale for the drawing. The restroom space is about 470 sq. ft., while the entire building is about 875 sq. ft. Subtracting out the single-occupant restrooms, you find that the space usage in this smaller style building is about 70% toilets rooms, which can hold 12 toilets per 470 sq. ft, which comes out to about 40 sq. ft. per toilet. But we know that the larger buildings use the space more efficiently by putting the toilets back-to-back. In light of this, I am assuming about 25 toilets per 500 square feet for larger restrooms at about 80% efficiency for other restrooms. Maybe this could be bumped up more, but in the end, I think that's a safe bet.Using the football field for scale on the NCHSAA map, we can measure out the restroom footprints. I found that the school had about 13,750 feet of the larger-style restrooms, and about 10,800 of the less-efficient style. Applying the ratios outlined about -- 13750*0.80*(25/500) + 10420*0.7*(12/470) + 4 (single occupant restrooms) -- we come out to about 740 toilets at Carter-Finley.You could argue that this is an unfair method of calculating usage, since it doesn't take into account urinals. Honestly, it doens't matter, because it's still slightly above what building code requires. As of 2018, stadiums (occupancy type A-5) require 1 toilet per 40 women for the first 1520 occupants, and 1 per 60 thereafter, and 1 toilet per 75 men for the first 1500 occupants, and 1 per 120 thereafter. Dividing CF's 56,919 capacity into half male and half female, that results in a requirement to have 731.6 -> 732 toilets. Which is just slightly less than what I'm estimating the space has.I will fess up and eat my crow... I was misinformed and mistaken. Apologies, hugs, and et cetera all around.(Granted, ask any woman if the stadium has enough restrooms, and you already know what the answer is...)Anways, live, laugh, love, go pack.https://codes.iccsafe.org/content/NCBC2018/chapter-29-plumbing-systemshttps://www.koobit.com/united-states-l3/north-carolina-l397/raleigh-l305/carter-finley-stadium-v1047https://twitter.com/Fred_Demarest/status/1433481976330309645https://www.nchsaa.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/2014-NCSU-Parking-Map.pdf[Edited on September 9, 2023 at 12:00 AM. Will there be enough restrooms for a lightning delay!?!?
9/9/2023 12:51:42 PM
This is bullshit notre dame shouldn't be allowed to have Jesus on their side
9/9/2023 12:52:44 PM
Hindsight is easy but it was 1st and 10 at the 42 and we did that WR pass. Kind of a wasted play. Ultimately had to punt. We had a little rhythm going before that play.
9/9/2023 12:57:01 PM
That last pass play was on Armstrong imo, KC looked open Armstrong couldn't drop it in
9/9/2023 1:04:44 PM
How long is the delay?
9/9/2023 1:09:52 PM
Anae was just trying to one-up ND's flea flicker.

I hope the 11th largest scoreboard in college football came with a 30 day warranty from Daktronics. I'm betting that warranty doesn't cover acts of god though.

So…will we still have a home field advantage or did most fans leave?
9/9/2023 2:18:31 PM
I personally wouldn't leave. But I'm not thereand I know a lot of people who just go there for the tailgate and stick around for the game (sorority types ), so wouldn't be surprised... hopefully the troops rallied up morale in the crowds!https://twitter.com/NCState/status/1700291111355343312

This offense is average at best
9/9/2023 2:44:46 PM
Offense looks decidedly below average to me. Can’t run. WRs kinda suck. Armstrong hasn’t shown a lot.

9/9/2023 3:00:42 PM
Who is the backup quarterback?
9/9/2023 3:01:01 PM
ND getting pressure on Armstrong. He’s missed some throws, had some drops, and just hasn’t had time to make plays.
