LMD storyline is much better than Ghost Rider, show is awesome right now.

I really enjoyed the Ghost Rider storyline, I am also enjoying the LMD more than I thought I would, but don't think it is better than Ghost Rider. I agree this show is pretty awesome right now. Haven't watched latest episode, but in the one before I like how they seemed integrate the Luke Cage Netflix show with the drilling, exploding bullet that was used in the shooting.
1/25/2017 8:56:22 AM
This season's still going strong, last ep was probably one of their best ever
2/22/2017 6:21:03 PM
i'd say it's the best.
2/22/2017 9:35:56 PM
CAN WE JUST HAVE FITZ AND SIMMONS BE TOGETHER AND LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER WITHOUT SHIT ALWAYS GETTING IN THE WAY?!? FOR THE LOVE OF THOR!
2/23/2017 9:05:50 AM
this alternate hydra arc is pretty good
4/20/2017 8:04:48 PM
Yeah I was worried at first but I actually like having Ward back and I'm really enjoying evil Fitz.
4/21/2017 12:58:55 PM
This show is so much better than the trash on CW
4/23/2017 1:40:09 PM
yay, renewed!
5/11/2017 9:00:17 PM
Ghost Rider returning just barely in time to help...felt a little like a cop out. But other than that, I loved the entire LMD/Agents of Hydra story. The Russian's head is still somewhere right? So there are other copies of him running about?
5/22/2017 3:38:24 PM
Was anyone else super distracted by the political references? Fake news, alternate history, nevertheless she persisted...
5/24/2017 4:42:17 PM
I'd watch a show about Ghost Rider...but then he was always one of my favorites growing up.
5/25/2017 7:08:26 AM
^^no, I mean I noticed those lines, didn't find it distracting I'm glad this show is making more effort to tie the entire universe together than any other property. Although they were just small things, I like the call outs, this season we had the Judas bullet from Luke Cage, and then in the finale ghost rider opened the portal with the method shown in Doctor Strange.
5/25/2017 7:29:42 AM
Ya, I didn't find it distracting at all. They made me laugh.I caught the portal allusion, but I missed the Judas bullet. When was that?ETA: nm. Found it. Thanks, MCU wiki!

So with Infinity War trailer being released, and seeing what is going to be happening, I'm having a hard time believing that we have somebody that A)Shoots electricity from his fingers and B) causes earthquakes who won't be a part of the team against Thanos.Granted, I haven't seen the last 2 seasons so I don't know if anything happens to Daisy or Lincoln, but there are plenty of other inhumans with special powers that could help out. Are they purposefully keeping the show actors from the MCU?
11/30/2017 9:57:54 AM
^And not just that on the Netflix shows, someone with impenetrable skin and super strength? I get that the other Defenders aren't quite on the same level, but Luke Cage is at worst stronger/more resilient than Hawkeye or Black Widow.
11/30/2017 10:50:29 AM
^,^^ And despite how lame Iron Fist has been, wouldn't defending all of Earth from destruction also be a way of defending Kunlun? Even the bad guys on earth (Hydra, the Hand, etc) would be anti-Thanos, right? Everyone has a reason to be there, and no way that this season of SHIELD doesn't build up to Infinity War, even if SHIELD and the inhumans don't make it onto the big screen. Could easily be like Winter Soldier where they experienced their own fallout of the Hydra infiltration but weren't involved in the big showdown.
11/30/2017 11:02:30 AM
I thought maybe the guy in the mask at the 10 second mark was Star Lord, but it's probably too different of a design to be him.
11/30/2017 11:05:46 AM
reminds me of Xorn, but that would make no sense
11/30/2017 11:29:30 AM
They moved it to Fridays? Uh oh, that's a bad sign. That is usually where networks move struggling TV shows before they get canceled...
12/1/2017 8:48:52 PM
Yeah, that’s not a good sign for continuation, and they just filmed their 100th episode, so they are hitting sindication, so I’m not sure how much longer this show will last. IMO The last season was probably the best they’ve ever made, but it’s been very up and down before that, so if this next season is even close in quality to last and then they end it, I wouldn’t be too sad.
12/1/2017 10:33:46 PM
Interesting first couple episodes.
12/5/2017 8:19:58 AM
^^I would think this show does much better with online watches and Netflix rewatches than it does on first-run. Makes perfect sense to stash it where people don't watch much TV without losing much.
12/5/2017 8:10:43 PM
Ha - season 4 is full of references to the Trump campaign. Fitz talking about making society great again was the best.
12/6/2017 11:23:12 PM
My biggest sticking point with the Framework is Ward. Nobody that worked on the Framework knew what Ward was like before Hive, so how was he coded?
12/6/2017 11:55:21 PM
I just figured Aida had all kinds of access to SHIELD files, either legitimately or through hacking.
12/7/2017 12:11:03 PM
I just heard Coulson use the term "alternative facts."
12/7/2017 9:55:29 PM
Scandal was the same last season, literally turned a character who already had his own characterization into Trump.
12/10/2017 2:28:28 AM
I always assumed Aida created things like Ward the instant she downloaded the person's mind. When she "rewound the timeline" to undo people's regrets, she would have had to read their entire memory and recreated a lot of it, then simulated time forward from the change.
12/10/2017 9:32:20 AM
I'm digging the new season. It would have been nice for them to pick an Alien species other than the Kree. They keep portraying them as bad guys. Are they like the marvel version of Klingons?
12/10/2017 9:10:49 PM
Wtf , Jemma very clearly slit Cassius’s throat, they even showed it again in the recap, then all of a sudden it’s just a small cut on his cheek
1/13/2018 10:12:18 AM
1/13/2018 10:15:51 AM
^i thought the same also. fast forward to 2:52, it actually was the cheek. they made the point to show all she can find was a butter knife. and considering how much Cassius cares about beauty (he killed that one dude for getting a scar), it was a good move to fuck with him. but she shoulda probably tried to go for the throat lolhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3FjlZTvEig
1/14/2018 2:39:52 PM
Oh wow, good call.
1/14/2018 2:49:02 PM
I liked the the first 5 episodes of the season...great world building and character introductions, lots of mystery and intrigue. But eps 6 and 7 feel like an alien soap opera.
1/14/2018 3:38:44 PM
So in this current timeline, we are supposed to believe that all of the Avengers came together to fight Thanos in the upcoming Avengers movie and save the world, all for what? To have a minor character (in the MCU anyways) literally rip earth apart a few years later?I mean don't get me wrong, I'm digging this season, but that strikes me as kinda silly.
1/15/2018 8:46:46 AM
We still don't know the truth of what happened to the planet.
1/15/2018 9:07:47 AM
^^But also isn't that the nature of superhero universes? There are so many powerful beings in the Marvel Universe (not necessarily the MCU) that it could be any number of things.
1/19/2018 4:15:05 PM
I'm becoming less and less interested. I'll stick it out for now but I'm hoping once they get back to their own time the plot will start moving again.
1/22/2018 6:00:30 PM
i like the current season, but think last season spoiled me
1/23/2018 5:06:38 PM
The 100th episode was such a waste of time. I guess a lot of shows are doing that these days, making it a revisit of the past and doing nothing to move forward. There's one reveal that everyone should have seen coming, but otherwise you could skip the episode and not feel like you've missed anything.
3/11/2018 4:10:57 AM
I feels like they already know this is their last season and they are tying up loose ends. I thought it was cool to see some of the past characters in the 100th episode though.
3/11/2018 3:49:40 PM
They’ve already said they’re filming the season finale as if it could be the series finale. I didn’t think this was a bad episode.
3/11/2018 4:23:59 PM
^^Except that they drop in a brand new character who seems super important 5 episodes before the end, and then do nothing with her the very next week? I don't understand where they're going but it doesn't feel like an ending. Also, as they brought in the old characters this season, I realized I had no idea who any of them were except for Slash and Hive. But they were on screen for all of 5 seconds and posed zero threat. No one actually seemed scared of anything.
3/12/2018 12:37:35 AM
Also, Buffy did that plot point better
3/12/2018 5:16:39 PM

I thought he was referring to Normal Again[Edited on March 12, 2018 at 9:07 PM. Reason : $$$]
3/12/2018 9:04:56 PM
^Ah yeah, that. This wasn't so much a "what if" episode like that one is, but I see how it's close. Dumb concept too many shows try to do.Scandal's 100th was also a "what if" episode, had even less purpose than SHIELD's did. The only show to ever do it right was Futurama:[Edited on March 12, 2018 at 9:42 PM. Reason : -]
3/12/2018 9:41:58 PM
But the "fears" that were coming for them, they were all dropped by a single bullet, so I don't see why anyone would have been scared of them other than just the initial fear of being lunged at. Hell the only people that were close to being hurt were Yo-yo with no arms in a hospital bed and the 2 people rolling around without weapons. It would have been a little hard to believe if the fears actually had the strength/powers of the people/creatures they were supposed to be.
3/13/2018 11:31:41 AM
Finally got around to starting up again after they got back to earth. The lazy writing is really starting to annoy me. How does Yo-Yo even get into the position where some nameless henchman has her in a headlock long enough for her arms to be cut off? She can literally move faster than humans can see. Why does she resort to conventional punching and kicking when she is in a fight? She completely disarmed the entire squad of goons before they even realized they weren't holding their rifles anymore. Yet, instead of using that power to beat the hell out of all of them in a blink of an eye, she is flipping people over her should and stuff. Remember the X-Men 2 movie? The opening scene when Nightcrawler is teleporting all over the damn place and taking out the Secret Service agents in the oval office? That is the kind of shit she should be doing with her speed. Also, when she did disarm the goons, why did nobody on Coulson's team immediately pick up the gun they just put on the ground and start shooting? They were literally just about to be killed by these guys. Instead they just run over their guns and start throwing punches? Nobody (not even the goons) thought to grab their assault rifle that Yo-Yo just left on the floor?
