Giglio said on his podcast that Avent or Hart must be the coach in order to receive the full donation from Turner and his wife. It’s the only place I’ve seen or heard that rumor. It sounds like a dumb stipulation and Giglio has been flat out wrong about a few things lately so I’m taking it with a big grain of salt.

Turner’s wife was a gymnast at State and I’d heard before that the donation was for baseball and gymnastics specifically. But stipulating who the coach is seems pretty stupid and doesn’t really pass the common sense test imo. But idk
