weird... Rex Ryan is on campus for the game.

Manning connection.
10/29/2011 5:19:56 PM
?About time to see what Worley can do... sucks that its against a team that is great at pressuring the QB, unless he is really really good I foresee a lot of rushed throws and INTs. And hes never got reps with the first team until this week and they had planned on RS him but with Simms sucking cock Dooley is going to try something different.Gatorade National Football Player of the Year last year6'5", 195-poundfrom Rock Hill, SC (Spurrier didnt want him)led the Northwestern Trojans to a 15-0 record and the South Carolina Class 4A-II state title.threw for 5,315 yards and 64 touchdowns while completing 429 of 590 passes with only 11 interceptions
10/29/2011 6:36:02 PM
god this team is SO bad without Bray... like worst in the SEC except for maybe Kentucky bad.
10/29/2011 10:12:57 PM
Just getting back from some Halloween bullshit, didn't watch the game. I see SC's offense was shitty enough to lose as I expected. Damn, Jaybee I now see the light regarding your lack of offensive depth.
10/29/2011 11:38:01 PM
I just got back too. Who won?
10/29/2011 11:44:14 PM
^ worst mod ever. How do you live with yourself? Acting like a troll to the one person in ST who doesnt troll. Fucking quit you stupid cuntthis is pretty cool, too bad it doesnt do shit as far as winning a game

10/30/2011 10:08:04 AM
LOL, how do I live with myself? Do posts like that really annoy you? I'm kidding around, for Christ's sake.
10/30/2011 10:37:58 AM
The D played well again until they wore down in the second half. The offense was fucking terrible again although this is the third top ten D nationally they have faced in a row so whatever. Worley isn't ready, Simms still sucks, Bray still has a broken thumb. There isn't much hope until Bray heels up. In short, another cursed, painful year of UT football. Wolfpack, I feel your pain.

hahahaha, the QB for MTSU just tried to call a time out during a play hahahahha
11/5/2011 9:18:11 PM
hahahahha, awesome story. Nothing surprises me anymore after the last 3 years
11/6/2011 1:37:30 AM
That's awesome. Nice in-state win yesterday. That was no gimme going in.]
11/6/2011 8:37:55 AM
lolol... I know several guys in our fraternity during the kiker years that wished they could have had this happen to them
11/6/2011 12:09:21 PM
UT's D is better than Arkansas' but their offense is light years ahead of the Vols without Hunter and Bray. Satursay's results will probably get ugly. Attn Tyler Bray: You will be playing in the Vandy game whether you thumb is ready or not. That is all.[Edited on November 6, 2011 at 1:38 PM. Reason : a]
11/6/2011 1:38:03 PM
yeah, it will be ugly. While we do have a really good pass defense statisically, with Brewer out for the year now we lost our most consistent DB. The guys left are high risk/reward types, so they might get an INT or two against Arkansas but they will also give up lots of big plays and our offense cant keep up without Bray and Hunter. Really sucks cause I was looking forward to this game all year when both of our offenese were unstoppable... was going to be a 45-40 game but now I see it more like 35-13 for Arkanas.
11/11/2011 1:55:48 PM
what a great catch by that Arkansas receiver
11/12/2011 7:24:52 PM
soooo sooo bad.

jesus christ never a boring gamehorrible refs but it evened out hahah
11/19/2011 10:30:24 PM
inally got an SEC win and it was a battle. Both teams made a shitload of mistakes, UT just took advantage of more of them. If UT and State both win next week, there is a very good chance that they would meet in the Music City Bowl.
11/20/2011 6:52:01 PM
That would be kind of lame. Not because I don't want to go to Nashville and play an SEC team, but because we're opening with Tennessee next year. So Tennessee twice in a row would be strange.
11/20/2011 7:00:53 PM
I totally would go to that game...
11/20/2011 7:08:28 PM
UT would have won that game regardless, but the ref who flat out lied about not blowing his whistle should be fired immediately.
11/20/2011 7:19:01 PM
While I appreciate the enthusiasm, especially from Dooley, it just shows how much shit this program has been through the last 4 years to go this ape shit over a Vandy win. Locker room looks nice though.
11/21/2011 7:00:25 PM
^i jsut saw this and my jaw dropped.that is just straight up embarrassing.
11/22/2011 4:46:44 PM
meh, unfortunately when you are trying to get to 6 wins to be bowl eligible every game is big, plus, this isnt typical Vandy, and also isnt typical UT, especially with the injuries. Was a very nasty game, lots of cut blocks, fights etc. Even though he's a dick, Franklin is getting some attention their way, I have to give him credit for that.

11/24/2011 1:31:00 PM
I like how on the right side that have the "eye on college football" tags - ACC is 4th, closely followed by Auburn and Alabama...

I put this loss squarely at the feet of Cheaney and Dooley. That was some of the worst offensive play calling I've ever witnessed. Why in gods name would you call a wildcat sweep with the center pulling on second and goal when the exact same play was miss-snapped for -16 the previous week? Also, Ky was bring the house the entire 4th quarter and UT never ran a screen, draw or slant, not once. All the routes were long developing deep outs and posts. This was a truely awful coaching job and Dooley has just earned a red hot coaching hotseat for 2012. Go PACK!!!
11/26/2011 3:48:30 PM
Not surprised considering the potential hangover from beating your main rival the week before. I've seen that somewhere before....
11/27/2011 10:05:12 AM
^ need to be a bit more subtle for trolling to be successful

11/27/2011 1:22:02 PM
Alabama.....Florida..Georgia........South Carolina...............Vandy
11/27/2011 1:30:04 PM
And EVERYONE of those teams you listed except Vandy has a team other than UT as their main football rival. ]
11/27/2011 1:31:19 PM
depends how long you are looking back.all time, UT/Bama is the #1 rivalry in the SEC. Bama/Auburn didnt even play for a LONG TIME. Georgia/Auburn were main rivals of each other for decades. If you are looking at recent history (last 20 years) only, then Bama/Auburn and UT/Florida were the biggest. If you are looking at VERY recent history then its Bama/Auburn and no one is Tennessee because they have sucked ass^ already been posted[Edited on November 27, 2011 at 1:37 PM. Reason : d]
11/27/2011 1:37:17 PM
Well aware it's been posted. I love this thread. And that's certainly the non-objective Vol way of looking at the rivalries. Everyone knows the Alabama/Auburn story (including the 40 year lull), its certainly bigger than UT/Bama no matter how you look at it.
11/27/2011 1:40:52 PM
I agree it is now... just saying if you picked a random year of the SEC and went back in time, there would be many many years where it wasnt.
11/27/2011 1:41:52 PM
Fair enough. During the 90's there wasn't a bigger game anywhere than UT/UF.]
11/27/2011 1:42:39 PM
Bironas actually missed a field goal, amazing
11/27/2011 1:54:33 PM
and now Da'Rick might be kicked off the team. AWESOME!!! the only thing left for this team to go throw is some Sandusky type shit. Unbelievable
12/3/2011 4:10:03 AM
Haha what did that thug do now? Was he smoking the K2 with garcia in columbiaM
12/3/2011 7:33:21 AM
^^wat!Oh, goddammitt.
12/3/2011 10:32:15 AM
supposedly, according to other players, hes been indefinitely suspended from the team. Which doesnt mean all that much considering its the offseason, but could result in him leaving or being kicked off permanently. UT is denying everything. Who knows.
12/3/2011 3:22:26 PM
Jake Locker just choked
