^Luckily the dried fruit mix I have has walnuts, almonds and peanuts in it. A ton of walnuts, actually.

Dude, I know it's not the best thing but I refuse to eat the rabbit food that you mentioned... trust me, it's on the list of the only cereals my doctor recommended (included with Uncle Sam I think). Cereal isn't an everything day for me... yesterday was blueberry yogurt (with more blueberries). But I gotta have something to satisfy my cravings better to have Special K than pound cake or something else I would love right now.
5/25/2010 4:09:04 PM
i <3 special k. i dont eat it that much though.
5/25/2010 4:10:14 PM
I have to say, most of your diets are pretty shit. I've been exercising on and off since August 08, and lost nearly 50 pounds while gaining a decent amount of strength in the process. However, I never lost an OUNCE unless my diet was straight. These past 2 months or so, I dropped about 15 pounds, all of it fat, and the only reason it happened is because I stuck to a diet. If all you guys want to do is "tone" or whatever the fuck you want to call it, stop eating like shit.[Edited on May 25, 2010 at 4:15 PM. Reason : oh, and smoke weed, that shit def helps]
5/25/2010 4:15:10 PM
I love exercise, but I also love food.

i said it in another thread but i'll go ahead and post it in here too.it amazes me the amount of entitlement people feel to post so negatively, and harshly, without any sort of provoking whatsoever. fo real that being said i just had post-lunch snack1: ostrich jerky[Edited on May 25, 2010 at 4:21 PM. ^^^^/^^^^^What you eat is the most important thing. If you want to lose weight, you can run your ass around for 30 minutes to burn a couple hundred calories or you can just not drink that 20oz soda.If you want to gain weight via muscle, you've got to get protein in your diet.[Edited on May 25, 2010 at 4:23 PM. they do?!?!hmmm. i may make a trip soon thanks!
5/25/2010 4:30:36 PM
Also, I'll eat Reese's Puffs when I get cravings for them. I don't really think those are bad for you though, because peanut butter obviously contains protein. Also, it's only 3 grams of fat per 3/4 cup so it's great for a snack. [Edited on May 25, 2010 at 4:50 PM. Reason : for the record, this post was a joke ]

5/25/2010 4:38:15 PM
apparently I eat way too much protein and sodium in my diet. I am good with carbs and sugars, go figure. /diabeticI need more fiber, fat, and cholesterol.
5/25/2010 4:39:12 PM
Do we actually NEED dietary cholesterol though? Mine cholesterol intake is very low.
5/25/2010 4:40:26 PM
fiber is easy as hell to get. apples have a lot and also you can buy powders or gummies to supplimentwadhead, i wont be in charlotte. just durham then asheville on sunday for lisas wedding
5/25/2010 4:40:32 PM
I have no clue about the cholesterol and I have no idea how to get more if it does matter. I am allergic to apples. I eat dark raisins and I eat raisin bran if that is good?[Edited on May 25, 2010 at 4:43 PM. Reason : I am allergic to raw apples, cooked, I am not]

5/25/2010 4:59:55 PM
yes, if you're inspired to go, act on it. you never regret working out!
5/25/2010 5:20:00 PM
Agreed, rest when you feel overly tired. You're not gonna do your body any good without sleeps.
5/25/2010 5:22:28 PM
hes not tired right now and he knows if he'll be tired tomorrow if he goes to the gymim a big fan of sleeping too but if you're going to stay up for another hour or two doing nothing you might as well go to the gym
5/25/2010 5:42:17 PM
ok ok I'll enter this in hopes it gives me inspiration to loose 15 pounds. I'm 5'8" currently weighing 150lbs. Target weight is 135lbs. Haven't figured out my diet strategy besides decreasing my calorie intake. I'm doing Taebo and Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred along with gym visits.

Hit the gym HARD today, pretty proud of myself actually.1 hour plus 5 min. cool down on the stationary bike (this on again off again rain is pissing me off. I'd much rather do it on my actual bike). Shade over 21 miles, 700+ calories, then I lifted.Deadlift:1x10x1351x10x1551x10x1751x10x205Lat pulldowns:3x8x100Seated cable row:3x8x120Upright cable row:3x8x80Bicep cable curl:1x12x503x8x70Hammer curls:3x8x25Then I hit the sauna and steam room for 15 minutes each.Promptly stopped at subway and destroyed a foot long oven roasted chicken breast. Going to wait about another 1 and eat another meal.
5/25/2010 6:44:14 PM
I stuck to my diet I listed out on page 5 I believe and the I ran the harder way around Lake Johnson in 30 minutes and then did wii active. Woot.

ok so i am going to get in on this. i did a biggest loser with friends over the holidays and we did a google spreadsheet. it made keeping up with things a lot easier. we should do one for all who are entered. it will make tracking easier also. we all put up 3 goals and tracked progress every sunday. it would be awesome if someone who is good at excel would make one so everyone could track their progress. my 3 goals were ride my bike for 5 hours per week, eat no breakfast out, and get down to packing my lunch 4 days a week for work. by doing that i dropped 30 lbs in 8 weeks. if i were to pick 3 goals i would do ride 5 hours per week. be able to do 100 pushups straight by the end of 8 weeks, and pack my lunch 4 days a week. i would be all in if someone made a speadsheet on google so i can track it. i am not smart enough to make one myself. plus everyone should be able to see it. STATSage- 30height - 6'1-1/2"weight- 245 lbs
