i added 2 things as staples to my diet the other day....always ate banana and yogurt but now i eat those 2 and an orange and almonds on a daily basis

small coffee w/half & half, 1 sugarcinnamon raisin bagel w/cream cheesedaily special sandwich from village deli (salami, capicola, provolone, red onions, banana peppers, kalmata olive tapenade, whole wheat roll)side of potato salad1 cup sweet tea, 1 cup unsweet tea, 1 cup sprite3 chocolateswaterprobably have an apple when I get home from work...dinner, who knows at this point?
