7 pages of TWW history!

The amazing thing about our performance artist Charles A. Jones, Jr. is that he keeps making false statements that are easily exposed as lies. His fantasy life includes making lots of money, teaching at a prestigious law school, noble service in the military, and:

Quote :
"arguing cases before the Georgia Supreme Court."

A quick trip to the website of the GA supreme court reveals that they have a docket search utility that allows one to search by representing attorney. Is there any record of Charles A. Jones, Jr to be found here? You can click below to find the answer, but I bet you already know

http://www.gasupreme.us/docket_search/results_attorney.php?searchterm=Jones&submit=Search

I wonder if Dave, Juliet, or the twins have ever argued cases before the Georgia Supreme Court?

well, you know, there is a grain of truth there.... he was an "adjunct instructor" at Appalachian Technical College for one semester.

he taught a class on Business Orgs for their Paralegal Studies program. I imagine it was quite a hoot. Sadly, they didn't invite him back for another semester. Budget cuts 'n stuff, prolly.

As someone who came from a town that had a massive town and gown problem let me just say to Mssr. Jones this. Those "small college" towns serve a purpose far beyond being the dumping grounds for drunk college shenanigans.

Maybe some day when you've decided to grow up and no longer make up shit you will realize that these members of the Greek community are not oppressed. More so, it is the folks who live and work in those towns that have to put up with part-time residents who contribute to the majority of nuisance crimes committed in the town, despite only living in the town for 9 months of the year.

OIC: in ChuckSpeak, "becoming a tenure-track faculty member at a major research university" means "taught for a semester at a podunk community college"

If I had the time, I'd find out what happened to Chuck's "Free Speech for Fraternity Partygoers" case, but I'm supposed to be working (and I have a pretty good idea what result his legal skills are likely to produce).

I had an uncle who was supposed to be working once. He got fired.

I think you'll have an even better idea soon though.

You may need to review the Roman Catholic Church's position on humility.

And, you know, lying and stuff.

Then again, I'm growing increasingly convinced that you are not the real Wolfpack2k, so maybe that's not relevant.

Just for the record, counsellor Chuck, could you give us some verifiable evidence (i.e, something other than your own assertions) that:

1.) You have ever won a legal case you argued in any court anywhere.
2.) You have ever represented someone in a case before the Georgia Supreme Court.
3.) You have a tenured (or tenurable) position at a major research university.
4.) You have enlisted in some branch of the US military.

Because, honestly

No that was likely your mother. While she was pregnant. Which is likely why you've turned out the way you have.

Of course, I can see how you could confuse your mother and an uncle; so I won't hold that against you. I guess that's a family trait of mine; I had an uncle who didn't hold things against people either.

At this point the only way I can see this as being the real Chuck is if he is having some sort of nervous breakdown.

I like the theory I heard earlier that this is all an elaborate scheme that will result in him trying to get a court order to delete this thread.

I'm going to bed for the night - I just wanted to stop by here and observe that I had an uncle who went to bed once also.

I think I'm with you here. In his latest post (logged at 5:50 AM), he announces he's "going to bed for the night." I don't know how many super-successful attorneys go to bed at sunrise on a Friday, but I'm guessing it's not many.

In order to send this thread to the place it deserves, I hereby invoke Rule 34 on Charles A Jones, Jr.

If you mean that it deals with the imaginary family of Dave, Juliet, and the twins, I guess you're right.

And indeed, I must admit that a Rule 34 application to our neckbeard lawyer is a very frightening prospect.

Still, in the spirit of SB and its evident commitment to truth, justice, and the American Way, I must wonder what Rule 34 applied to Chuck might produce. The pix are there. Photoshop beckons. Minds are ready to be expanded.

(Actually he ran into some guy in a car; that's why he had to go to court.)

And actually, he WAS one of the first Americans to run into this guy.
