tonight I'm going to finish applying my third coat of paint to my weight set, and by Friday I'll be ready to apply the white lettering to them. I still need to go pick up my 100lb plates and paint them, but I think I'm only going to pick up 2 for now. I think I'm going to hold off on getting my squat stands and just buy a power cage.

don't waste your time with full body workouts. the only thing they are remotely good at is raising growth hormone levels, and you can get a better GH response from wearing a sweatsuit.
