I can't get a good grip on the bar with gloves. I don't ever wear a belt unless I'm squatting over 405 and have been dieting in the previous weeks.

how do you hold the bar for doing front squats? my wrists don't support any weight when I do front squats, but my shoulders get bruised if I go heavy.
