Those are bobby pins yo!But they'd still work better than a pencil
2/27/2009 12:32:11 PM
I'm torn between these.I'm also gonna get these:Want so hard
2/27/2009 12:55:34 PM
I want these!!! they look like shoes for a flamenco dancer, they only had size 6 left at the mall
2/28/2009 11:19:29 PM
Please loan me money so I can buy thesethen give me money so I can buy something to wear with them.[Edited on February 28, 2009 at 11:42 PM. Reason : ]
2/28/2009 11:42:20 PM
you should only buy them if you already have something to wear them with
2/28/2009 11:52:43 PM
haha you would think that's how it worked. However, i'm really really REALLY bad at buying a pair of shoes and then having to find something to wear with them. I already have one pair that I only kinda have something I can wear them with, but I don't really have a place to go to wear them, and I guess with spring being right around the corner I won't be able to wear them for a while.
2/28/2009 11:57:25 PM
really though the ones you posted look like they could go with plenty of outfitswould be fine with jeans or a skirt, IMO.
3/1/2009 12:01:50 AM
Oh yeah, I mean for sure something to wear this summer and fall. I have plenty of stuff to go with those, but I mean I'll always take a new outfit too!
3/1/2009 12:04:00 AM
I like this whole hippie fad that's going on now. Unfortunately those clothes tend to be loose/shapeless, and me and ambrosia were discussing how you have to be tall and skinny to pull off a maxi dress. I tried this shirt on today but didn't buy it. can't find a picture of the one I bought
3/1/2009 12:13:12 AM
been on a shopping binge recently and got lots of fun nice makeup and just ordered some shoes.
3/1/2009 4:54:11 PM
Nerdchick those shoes are hot!!!
3/1/2009 4:58:55 PM
i went on a major shopping binge this week :/How do i find good stuff on etsy? I get tired of looking after a while
3/1/2009 5:11:43 PM
^ i know!!! NCSUWolfy posted that question earlier this week, too. And I feel the same way. i am so easily distracted but i do get tired of looking after awhilei think that is why i've always sucked at being a bargain finder. i always complain that other people are so lucky because they find the best stuff, but really it is probably they have more patience looking than me!
3/1/2009 5:13:28 PM
joie is good at finding stuff on there
3/1/2009 5:15:51 PM
I knew what I was looking for before I went on I also used the pounce feature, as well as looking for local sellers. Those earrings I got are from someone in Raleigh; I'm meeting her tuesday to pick them up so I don't have to spend money on shipping I just went into a category, and started surfing, finding sellers whose work I liked; I also did a price sort, and skipped around in that.

for some unknown reason, i have some ungodly obsession with fringe bootsWHY like i don't even think they are cute. well i think they are cute in an ugly way or something. and i really want some. but i feel like i wouldn't wear them if i got them but maybe i would. ugh. i have no idea why i'm so obsessed with them. but day in and day out all i think about are fringe boots. and then this girl i know got some and she wears them with dresses/tunics and leggings and they look supercute and different. and now i'm jealous.(just an example):oh and fyi i am also obsessed with minnetonkas so maybe this explains part of it. their moccasins are so cute and comfortable if you didn't already know. i have like 4 pairs. whoops.[Edited on March 2, 2009 at 4:40 PM. 3/2/2009 4:39:05 PM
i would wear those before i would wear the ugly ass high heeled slouchy boots
3/2/2009 4:42:57 PM
yea i think i just like the idea of them they are way too stylish for me in real life.exhibit Ai don't look like that, i would never wear that outfit, and thus, fringe boots would never work for me
3/2/2009 4:47:58 PM
is it bad that i remember the last time they were really in style...like back in the late 70s/early 80sfor men and women [Edited on March 2, 2009 at 4:51 PM. Reason : yeah....my legs are too big for them]
3/2/2009 4:50:16 PM
no!!! i think that is also why i want them so much...my dumb 70s and 80s style obsessions!if i could just have a pair to look at and pet i would be happy i think. i'm not cool enough to wear them.i remember my babysitters had them. they were more of the ankle kind though. oh fringe boots how i love you so.HAHAHA i can't imagine men wearing them. scary scary times.[Edited on March 2, 2009 at 4:52 PM. Reason : .]
3/2/2009 4:52:16 PM
i have some shoes
3/2/2009 4:52:38 PM
i wore the ankle ones in elementary schoolwith stirrup pants
3/2/2009 4:53:21 PM
YES!! that is exactly what i'm talking about! that is what my babysitters wore. darn it! by the time i got to elementary school fringe boots were outtie (well i mean, for kids in like 2nd grade)stirrup pants, however, did not fade away fast enough. i think all of mine were also ribbed, which definitely makes me want to vomit. i was so hideous.
3/2/2009 4:54:54 PM
these right here were the epitome of cool for every young dude and girl when i was a little kid...
3/2/2009 4:58:31 PM
oh god stirrup pants! hahahahaand to think, i grew up in northern nj, where every kind of fashion is amplified by 100. i found a picture of my cousin going to her high school prom....in 1989. is all i have to say.
3/2/2009 4:58:32 PM
yeah...i was growing up in the 80s and early 90smy fashion choices were questionable to say the least
3/2/2009 5:00:38 PM
ok...after perusing the Minnetonka website I think I may be in love
3/2/2009 6:13:19 PM
Where would one find a corset in the general Raleigh area? I have been wanting one for some time.
3/3/2009 12:03:35 AM
lulz
3/3/2009 12:04:47 AM
I bought one from a seller in Hong Kong about a week ago (off eBay). It comes w/ a matching g-string and it seems to be REALLY good quality. They have amazing feedback. I looked around in Raleigh first and everything seemed too cheap for the price.I got the corset + matching g-string + shipping and insurance = $23. I'll let you know how it turns out.
3/3/2009 10:52:30 AM

3/3/2009 1:47:11 PM
What kind of dress does one wear to an October wedding?
3/3/2009 2:07:45 PM
What time of day?
3/3/2009 2:22:10 PM
same kind of dress you wear to any wedding, just wear a cardigan or bring a shawl in case its chilly
3/3/2009 2:27:41 PM
3/3/2009 5:48:16 PM
wow those seem so so ugly to me. Anyone else not like
3/3/2009 6:09:47 PM
yea, i'm sure a lot of people don't like them since like no one wears them. i think if i hadn't seen them on someone first, i would think that they were ugly, too. but they're really cute with the right outfiti guess stuff like this is more my style for everyday than heels.hard to find good pictures of them under jeans. i tried. i really do think they look better under jeans.
3/3/2009 6:21:19 PM
I got this bcbg sweater in grey today. so comfy
3/3/2009 6:33:54 PM

3/3/2009 8:29:08 PM
one of the best bra's I've ever had have been gap brasas far as panties I can only do vs pink.
3/3/2009 8:31:00 PM
^^^^i saw a couple of high school girls with the on not too long ago and thought they were really cute...i'm totally with you on this
3/3/2009 8:39:58 PM
i know! i could see how the picture could make them seem ugly (i mean maybe they are) but i really think they look cute under pants/jeans. i mean you can't go all native american with feather earrings and dream catcher necklaces, but i like them and they are comfy.
3/3/2009 8:42:45 PM
^ I would totally rock that outfit that girls wearing. Really cute.
3/3/2009 8:48:50 PM
that whole comfort/western look is really huge next fall season
3/3/2009 9:12:39 PM
i am such a fashion pioneer haha just kidding. but i really do like minnetonkas. and i'm like 1 bad decision away from ordering the fringe boots.
3/3/2009 9:13:47 PM
i had something very similar to these in the chestnut and blue when i was in the 5th grade
3/3/2009 9:17:34 PM
3/3/2009 9:19:07 PM
i REALLY want these....without those ugly shoes of course
