QB's

Brees
Manning
Romo
Ryan
Rivers

WR's
Marshall
Boldin
Jennings
White
Smitty

RB's
Peterson
Forte
S Jackson (I know, I know...just a hunch)
Westbrook
Jones-Drew
*Dark Horse* - Pierre Thomas (especially in PPR Leagues)

TE's
Gonzo (has a real connection with Thigpen, who is their future)
D. Clark
Witten
O. Daniels
Cooley

These aren't in any order, just straight off the cuff as top 5's for next year.

yeah i thought stewart would get some of d. williams' carries at the goaline. def. didn't happen

slaton wasn't terrible though. he held his own

hopefully the guy didn't listen to my opinion...

A guy with a pretty mediocre roster won my league. His opponent rode warner and westbrook into the championship.

I scored the most overall points in the league, but I also had the most unlucky schedule.

^ Ya it sucks having the most points against you. I was in the same boat, but somehow made it to the playoffs but still lost

In my opinion:

Quote :
"WR's
Marshall
Boldin Fitzgerald
Jennings
White
Smitty"

And I think Andre Johnson goes over someone in the list, probably either White or Marshall

I had Jennings, he had Forte. We were tied going into tonight.

We were tied with the Packers going to kick the game winning FG and then it's blocked and go to OT.

Bears get the ball, Forte gets 2 points on 1 catch, Bears kill FG and he wins by 2.

How is that for a sad story after watching State blow one?

So with the final score in I lost by 32. I played Schaub over Cassel (16 point difference), Bironas over Gostowski (9 point difference) and Tampa over the Jets (11 point difference). Great.

I won mine 115-100. Could have been 130-100, but I said the hell with it and benched Forte once I knew I had won.

i lost by 11 points......

coulda started thigpen instead of S. Hill and woulda won (def kicking myself for this one except for the fact that Hill did better than my real starter, T. Romo.

coulda started Shinacoe instead of Witten and woulda won (Shinacoe had one catch the week before for 8 yards, no way i was sitting Witten)

Thomas, Witten, and Jackson. Witten will play and Dallas needs the W. He will get balls and likely a TD.

I'm in the championship game tomorrow. Need help with my roster. here's my current lineup, which netted me 135 points last week --

QB - Philip Rivers
RB - Deangelo Williams
RB - Leon Washington started due to gore and barber injury
WR - Vincent Jackson
WR - Eddie Royal - very inconsistent
TE - Dallas Clark
K - John Carney
DEF - Pittsburgh

Bench:
Matt Ryan
Frank Gore - questionable
Marion Barber - questionable
Marvin Harrison
Nate Washington
Alge Crumpler

Notable running backs i can pick up from waivers:

Mewelde Moore
Willis Mcgahee
Darren Sproles

notable WRs on waivers:
Mushin Muhammad
Michael Jenkins (vs. STL)
Justin Gage

Leon washington isn't a good pick to start. I don't think gore or barber will be effective with their injury situations. my first inclination is to pick up sproles, who's also a coin flip. Moore might also be a good grab. i can see him getting more snaps against cleveland. Also, i'm wondering whether i should drop royal for another receiver.

FF gurus, help me win my first ever championship.

Gary Russell would probably be a better pickup than Moore...the Steelers have nothing to play for.

I actually think Royal will have a good week. I can see the Chargers/Broncos dueling a 38-34 shootout.

Warner vs. Seattle

or

Ryan vs. STL

Warner will probably play the whole game.

Patriots must win to have a chance at getting in. So yeah, you should probably go with Cassel.

EDIT: But apparently they are having wind gusts up to 60 mph at Orchard Park, so I dunno.
