I don't think that's a good idea unless Grier has done an ASTOUNDING amount of growth since the start of the year. He looked REAL bad in the pre-season

Without going into a play-by-play, all he did was complete a few easy slants, overthrow, or throw interceptions. His timing seemed off, he scrambled too readily, and he isn't ready yet in my opinion
