We should change the ACC bylaws to have FLUID DIVISIONS

Every season, the TOP SIX TEAMS will form a BALLERS division, while the other 8 teams will compete in the CHALLENGER BRACKET DIVISION. BALLERS champion gets an AUTOMATIC CFP BID, while the challenger winner gets an automatic invite to the BALLERS division the following season.

That would shake things up and help draw recruits to the BALLERS division

im fine with the number of passes called. we had to throw the gameplan in the trash when hines went out and we saw in other games that trying to run up the middle with samuels and gallaspy wasnt good enough

i dont think anypne in the country had a closer loss. we were literally a camera angle away from winning today and ha half second technicality penalty away from beating clemson and a bad spot review away from beating usc. we cant buy a break

I'll take a moral victory over a number #2-4 Clemson or Notre Dame, but this is Wake Forest. I know this is a good WF squad, but we had every opportunity to put this game out of their reach and we just fucking failed to do it.

we are now ranked 29 and 30. Wake is right behind us at 31 and 32.

I don't see why we fell so far after a close loss but maybe the CFP rankings will be a little more forgiving (they generally have).

Our secondary was pretty soft at times.

The game was even throughout. Just Wake always moved the score on before we could. And then they stopped us scoring at the end.

There was no real good replay available for Emezi crossing the line which kind of doomed it. The ball does come out before his foot lands on the goalline. That's about all you can say definitively.

P.S. if you want a good drinking game that will knock you out, take a shot every time Finley throws a pass that is too high for his receiver.

After Clemson beat FSU, there was no reason not to play more youngsters on defense to gain valuable SEC experience. The UNC game is senior day, otherwise I would have advocated playing all underclassmen on defense. This sr class has failed to execute against every good team.
