Derek Carr with the 40 burger for me. Still looking like I'll take the L.
10/30/2016 5:31:16 PM
Only 35 and change in my league. It's OK, I'm still gonna win (unless Gates has a gigantic second half against Denver).
10/30/2016 5:57:03 PM
RIP Jameis' shoulder
11/3/2016 11:21:19 PM
Winston had a knee injury, not a shoulder injury. If Glennon has to start a game, will be our 4th alum starting a game this season.

Some thoughts about the Rams based on yesterday's game experience:- Memorial Coliseum is the shittiest venue I have ever visited. Thank goodness the Rams get a new home next year. I was sitting on old wooden bleachers that clearly had not been cleaned up after the previous day's USC game. Very uncomfortable.- The home fans had zero energy and gave zero craps except to boo Keenum anytime he missed a 3rd-down throw. They were chanting "we want Goff" late in the 2nd quarter, even though Keenum was actually putting together a decent drive at the time.- It's hard to tell who the real fans are. A lot of that is owed to the team being gone for so long, and I'm sure plenty of them continued to be fans while they were in St Louis (saw a lot of Kurt Warner jerseys), but given the size of the crowd, very few fans seemed to actually be into the game. Made me wonder why they paid so much money to sit in the sun and not care.- Tons of Panther fans! I'm sure it's like that for every team visiting LA this year but it was great to see that kind of support for the team.- About once each quarter the jumbotron had late 80's/early 90's style graphics and videos, and I liked that. A throwback to when the Rams last played there. Otherwise, nothing they put on the screen or did on the field had any entertainment value.- Several rappers and athletes were in attendance. And they each got a shutout. Kareem Abdul Jabbar was cool, all the others were lame.- Moved all the way down to the 3rd row on the 35 yard line for the 4th quarter. The stadium staff stopped checking tickets after halftime and it was easy to just sit wherever.
11/7/2016 1:27:18 PM
they won't be able to play in their new stadium until 2019
11/7/2016 2:23:32 PM
11/7/2016 2:45:00 PM
There were some "Tebow" chants as well, despite him not being an active NFL player
11/7/2016 3:14:08 PM
I think it's fair to ask for Goff. I mean there have been 5 other rookie QBs to start games this year Goff hasn't even seen the field despite being the top pick.
11/7/2016 4:09:23 PM
its probably more to do with goff and his agent not letting him start
11/7/2016 6:38:57 PM
I wasn't sure when the new stadium was opening. The sooner the better.I didn't hear the Tebow chants, that might have been confined to a smaller section of the crowd. The boos and "we want Goff" was stadium-wide.The Rams haven't made the playoffs since 2004. They can wait one more season. There's no reason to rush Goff in when none of the receivers are worth a damn and the only reliable players are the RB and the punter.

NFL really earning the "no fun league" moniker this year. On pace to obliterate the ejections record this year almost entirely because of the new unsportsmanlike conduct rule. The Kelce ejection yesterday was pretty stupid. Kelce was dumb for using his towel to flag the refs, but he had every reason to be pissed. They absolutely blew a PI call in the end zone. Seems like the officials have been really awful this year and way, way too flag happy.
11/7/2016 9:22:33 PM
Kelce deserved to be rejected. Punk ass bitch.
11/7/2016 9:32:43 PM
Kelces ejection was well deserved. If you watch the whole sequence. Play ends. Kelce gets up screaming at the Back Judge, official gives him plenty of space to blowup. Kelce turns to the official in the corner of the end zone and starts laying into him as well. That official gives him some time. Then Kelce turns away, says something that must have warranted the flag and only then does he get the first UNS. Then the throwing of the towel is an obvious second UNS.[Edited on November 7, 2016 at 9:55 PM. Reason : .]

Jimmy Graham clears Gilmore by inches
11/7/2016 10:01:08 PM
Well, at least the officials didn't utterly embarrass themselves tonight.
11/7/2016 10:23:47 PM
LOL everything about that was bad
11/7/2016 10:34:24 PM
I'm not excusing Kelce BTW, I'm a chiefs fan and a fantasy owner and I was pissssed at him. But I get why he was upset. The refs have been trash all season long. Missed hits on Cam, horrible calls on catch vs no catch, too many flags overall, and now this latest debacle in Seattle. It's a bad look for the league.
11/7/2016 10:40:15 PM
he's probably not the best example, since he's arguably just mad that he's a big manly dude but his name is "Kelsey"
11/7/2016 11:15:21 PM
If this was the NBA, I would assume the shitshow at officiating tonight was purely due to the league rigging games. Since it's the NFL, I'm about 50/50 between rigging games and gross incompetence.
11/7/2016 11:19:25 PM
Seattle's offense is horrible[Edited on November 7, 2016 at 11:51 PM. Reason : except for Graham's athleticism]

Awful weekend of games for the NFL. Rodgers and Packers look scary and the Steelers should be the best bet to knock off the Pats, but wow what a bunch of shitty games.
1/8/2017 7:47:50 PM
It's wild card weekend. Typically not an amazing set of games any year.
