if anything, that makes it sound like it was nothing other than a parking dispute. Every interaction they ever had was over parking, twice involving a firearm being flashed, and they didn't take the guy seriously? They're trying to make a hate crime out of a situation that simply involved a mentally unstable individual with a fixation on parking spaces. How does someone knock at your door, tell you to move your car, flash a gun, and you not take that as a serious issue? That should have warranted immediate police involvement, or at the very least talking to the apartment complex about moving.

Then you are really stupid. When someone angry shows your their gun its a threat.

exactly because he got crazy over a parking spot is the reason the police & apt owners should have been involved. Yes, its incredibly ridiculous to anyone who thinks logically and rationally about things, but its quite obvious that dude was neither and the victims were too oblivious to take him seriously.

What a fucked up dude. I live in a place with shared parking and have a concealed carry, but I'll be damned if I ever have confronted a neighbor about anything and thought the proper solution was to flash my piece at them. If anybody did that shit to me I would immediately call the cops. I'm all for the 2nd amendment but fuck that shit.If he hadn't targeted other people with parking shit and with this anti-religious Facebook rants, I would say hate crime. However it sounds like he was just fucking crazy and hated everybody else. I don't think the openly Islamic perspective helped. But I think parking right next to his spot and having friends over all the time taking up parking spaces were just as exacerbating.
