this is just me going on a mini rant here

1. these people who are attacking her are pretty sad. yeah the song sucks, but some of these people are especially mean...i don't really get it. but then again it comes with the price of fame i think. (this is a weird line for me)

2. i have several, several friends who are up in arms about this and how this poor, poor girl is going through so much and blah blah blah. and while i agree(and hell even i was on it for a little while yesterday) i feel like they are being a little too dramatic for me. it's taking me all of my might not to post "meanwhile in libya" underneath said statuses and updates (yes-updates...and both are like 20ish comments long)

but i dont because it's a little hypocritical of me, bc im sure ive done the same...but for some reason this particular story annoys me.

It's sad she's being harassed, but spending 2k to produce a song + video and intentionally posting it on Youtube to garner fame... well, you reap what you sow.

It's like that Twilight Zone episode where a genie grants you wishes but they all come true at a horrible cost. You can wish for absolute power, fame, and respect but don't be surprised when you end up as Hitler trapped in a bunker. Hindsight, there is no such thing a bad publicity but maybe she should have just stuck with the broken pane of glass.

That version up top from ABC, you can see her fucking producer or whoever on the side giving her cues the whole fucking time. IT's sad, because the song itself is what is horribly bad, I don't think her voice is horrible. The fake nature of everything is just fucked up. If you are going to attach yourself to such a shitty organization that plants a bunch of kids on the couch with a dog to be her fan club, and has her little producer guy coercing her through every lyric, then you get what you deserve in the way of criticism.
