that tanner actor did one of my acting pet peeve's, talking too quick on a phonethe worst culprit is the one armed man in the fugitive

This season is coming together quite nicely...I particularly enjoyed Boyd's speech at the VFW and how it reminded me of Harlan County USA.
3/15/2012 12:10:04 AM
probably one of the top 3 episodes in this series' short life last night.
3/21/2012 8:23:51 AM
Yeah, interesting seeing the breakdown of Quarrels. Just fortifies the common thought that he wont make it through the season. I am sort of hoping his death isnt caused by his gun sticking though, it would be too predictable at this point.
3/21/2012 9:08:25 AM
i predict that either A. his gun sticks and raylan kills himor B. Boyd ends up killing him (with or without gun sticking)

Finale next week - gonna be epic. This week was pretty solid as well.
4/4/2012 7:04:39 AM
Oh, you can definitely tell that Raylan wants Quarles now. He is out for blood after seeing a fellow lawman go down.great episode...i'm interested to see if Boyd will be a big player next week since he got knocked out by the blast. was he arrested? And is Dickie dead? I couldn't tellFinally, I guess Limehouse is comfortable letting Loretta keep the money? Now he just wants to be left alone... [Edited on April 6, 2012 at 12:18 PM. Reason : yea]
4/6/2012 12:09:50 PM
^ Yeah, Raylan is going to be going after Quarles hard. I have a feeling Arlo is going to somehow get in the way. I anticipate an Arlo vs Raylan stand down.. here is how I see it going - Arlo goes to rob the bank, he barely escapes with no money. Keep in mind last week he called Boyd Raylan. Now he is going to run into Raylan and think it is Boyd and be super pissed at him about the money. He will draw and Raylan will put him down.Or something like that. Either way I think Raylan is going to have to put down Arlo this week. Dickie is still alive I think - I believe Raylan shot him in his good leg. From the look of the preview there is still a big stand down at Limehouse's. My guess is it will have pretty much everyone there, they will all take down Quarles and go their separate ways. But there will be some sort of cliffhanger with Theo Tonin which will set him up as next seasons big bad.
4/6/2012 12:27:53 PM
Good theories there...I guess they really didn't have anything worthwhile to arrest Boyd and Cousin Johnny on... since afterall, they were the ones being attacked and confronted by Quarles.Wonder what comes of Wynn? He probably tries to get in good with Theo...And I can't help but think that if Theo is the big bad for next season, then it will turn out similar to this season. We'll see I guess.
4/6/2012 3:01:05 PM
I'm not sure I want Adam Arkin to be next season's big bad. We're only two seasons removed from him being the central antagonist on Sons of Anarchy.****SPOILER****But it looks like, via IMDB, that Theo Tonin will definitely be making an appearance in the finale.****END SPOILER****]
4/6/2012 3:16:10 PM
I've been wondering if Winona is completely out of the picture for this seasonI guess FX will spoil her return (if there is one) with the "Previously on Justified" intro
4/6/2012 4:50:46 PM
Yeah I try to skip the "previously on" scenes for just that reason, but it still spoiled it this week by showing Loretta at the beginning. Can't wait for the finale, looks to be great!
4/6/2012 5:26:26 PM
I agree about the intro...As soon as I saw Loretta in the intro, I knew she'd play some role. I'm gonna start skipping that if I can.
4/6/2012 7:03:56 PM
Tonight! Hells yeah-whats the bodycount gonna be? My guess is 2 or 3 relatively important people... Quarles, Arlo and Limehouses little buddy.
4/10/2012 9:08:28 AM
man i am pumped for this. Going to get all my shit out of the way so I can sit back with a cold beer and enjoy this. Also going to start about 10:30 so i can get through all the commercials.
4/10/2012 9:09:50 AM
Damn. I guess you could say Limehouse gave Raylan a hand?YEAHHHHHH.That totally lived up to my expectations. Awesome finale. Glad it didn't go the way I expected though I think Arlo being out of the way will be good for the story either way.
4/10/2012 11:03:17 PM
ava gone hame
4/10/2012 11:04:13 PM
man it was good, but that last 5 minutes left me cold for some reason
4/10/2012 11:14:57 PM
Am I the only one who though it was just kinda meh?Was a decent episode, but it just really didn't have the feel of a season finale to me.
4/11/2012 12:42:48 AM
Quarles' joy at the piggy bank was awesome. I'm glad to have Limehouse and Errol, as well as Boyd and Ava around for next season.
4/11/2012 12:46:33 AM
redneck roundup is still on?I'm Krallum and I approved this message.

Quarles reaching for the arm and Raylan's slowly moving of said arm away from him was great in its minimalism. I watched that scene half a dozen times. The finale didn't have the tragic end like season 2 with Mags and I felt like there was supposed to be more, but really Raylan solved most of the season's issues with the missing Bennett money in the penultimate episode so all that was really left to do was track down Quarles.
4/11/2012 8:05:29 AM
I would say it was just as tragic. Raylan realizes his dad truley hates him and would kill him to protect Boyd and the mother of his child once again blows him off.
4/11/2012 8:08:07 AM
i can agree with that, i guess i meant more in terms of this season's villains. By the end we knew Quarles would be taken down, but it was less interesting. He went from a really interesting cold blooded bad guy who really could have damaged Raylan to a stark raving lunatic just running around trying to stay afloat towards the end. but you are right, that full reveal of Arlo once again trying to kill Raylan and Winona's delayed reaction was really really good.great post-finale interviewhttp://www.hitfix.com/blogs/whats-alan-watching/posts/interview-justified-showrunner-graham-yost-post-mortems-season-3]
4/11/2012 8:17:12 AM
Eric Stonestreet and Jeff Goldblum as the villians next season? I can dig it.
4/11/2012 3:02:24 PM
quarles downfall was great acting throughout the season. like someone mentioned, he went from a stonecold killer to a crazy maniac throughout the season.is erroll still alive? I thought he was shot in the fray
4/11/2012 5:50:21 PM
^^^av club is posting a walkthru next week i think
4/11/2012 10:20:03 PM
So are we to believe that Dickie's $3mil was all just chillin in a pig carcass the entire time?
4/11/2012 10:30:50 PM
^seriously?
4/11/2012 11:06:16 PM
4/11/2012 11:10:32 PM
^^Yes, I was a little confused about that. Can you please explain.I am being serious.
4/12/2012 12:29:49 AM
dickie bennetts money is with loretta (the little girl). that was established in the episode before the finale. The money in the carcass was just some other money that limehouse had.
4/12/2012 5:47:55 AM
This season was a big disappointment. It was still entertaining, but there was no character that came close to mags bennett in season 2
4/12/2012 7:51:48 AM
nor was there going to be. The Mags character was something special, brought on more so by the performance of Margo Martindale than anything else, and trying to recreate that again would have felt forced and artificial. sometimes bad guys are just bad guys.
4/12/2012 8:55:48 AM
I've never watched this show but from the commercials it looks like Walking Tall, the series. Looks like they even have the same bad guy from the Rock version
4/12/2012 9:17:34 AM
great post.]
4/12/2012 9:24:26 AM
At least tell me I'm wrong or something
4/12/2012 9:32:57 AM
i'm not going to waste my time. it sounds like you made your mind up after one 15 second ad-spot. but if you like great writing with strong characters and dialog and the complete opposite of Walking Tall then this show might be for you.
4/12/2012 9:50:12 AM
I guess my post did seem a little negative. I didn't mean it that way. I just meant the plot seemed similar. It looks good but there are only so many hours in the day to watch tv .
4/12/2012 10:00:28 AM
Well I guarantee there are not more then 3 shows on TV better then Justified the last two seasons. So you should spend far less time watching bad shows and more watching Justified.
4/12/2012 11:45:41 AM
Are they on netflix? I don't watch many shows as it is. Mostly sports, music, and comedy.
4/12/2012 1:12:07 PM
^not in Watch Instantly, but I believe season 1 is on DVD by mail

^ Was that review written by a 13 year old girl? Can't wait for season 4!
11/13/2012 4:16:49 PM
no, no. it's meant very much to be tongue in cheek.
11/13/2012 4:21:25 PM
i can't wait...but the villain better be pretty good because that guy from last season (can't remember his name) was a really good villain.. his transition from an in-control baddy to an out-of-control lunatic was fun to watch and the suspense of the "arm gun" was cool..
