That was definitely one of the better episodes of season 4 so far... That's not saying much though!
3/24/2009 9:55:29 PM
I agree I found it a lot more interesting.EXCEPT for anything involving Parkman. Plz 2 kill him soon.
3/24/2009 10:00:24 PM
oh come on, you can't kill parkman. he's actually been doing some cool shit this season. maybe now that daphne's REALLY dead he'll become a badass again
3/24/2009 10:12:43 PM
did daphne die? i must have missed that...i, too, have been using the show as background noise, so i very well could have not seen that happen.
3/25/2009 1:26:58 AM
it showed her dead in the hospital after the flying dream sequence, so we are to assume she is dead. (expecting some kind of lorelol in future episodes to resurrect her somehow).parkman is badass when he actually uses his mind control ability rather than just reading minds.
3/25/2009 2:45:46 AM
parkman is like a fucking jedi
3/25/2009 11:07:44 AM
"These aren't the heroes you are looking for"
3/25/2009 11:26:33 AM
Well the ex-wife and baby parkman are coming back into the pictures.... figures they'd kill off daphne so they don't have to deal with potential relationship drama between characters and so they can stay focused on the main plot.
3/26/2009 2:57:39 PM
lol, i see this thread is hopping tonight. last week gave me hope, tonight raped that hope in front of me. how utterly useless and pointless
3/30/2009 10:14:41 PM
the last minute or so were good
3/31/2009 7:50:30 AM
Teh cliffhanger was so teh awsumz!!1 [Edited on March 31, 2009 at 6:39 PM. Reason : ]

3/31/2009 7:47:30 PM
nah, i think daphne's probably really dead this time. yet another case of the writers hinting towards something and then never following up on it
3/31/2009 8:34:30 PM
claire was looking exceptionally hot in this one. the long hair looks good on her
4/1/2009 12:13:29 AM
yeah, we were just talking about that. made me think this was shot a month or so after the previous episode.
4/1/2009 12:40:06 AM
this was the best episode of the season. only thing is i thought they were supposed to get angela's sister.why doesn't ando use his enhancement abilities to make the touch-and-go baby stronger so that hiro can get all of his powers back?
4/7/2009 4:15:31 AM
^ i think it was andos discharge(hehehe) that partially gave hiro his power back, even though they keep saying it was the baby. it seems like the baby's power is like an emp type deal. supercharging the baby would be a bad idea since he really can't be controlled or reasoned with yet.
4/7/2009 4:48:25 AM
^Yeah supercharging the baby could knock out anything dealing with electricity in an entire city or something and that would just make things more difficult for them.
4/7/2009 10:39:31 AM
the last 2 episodes have gotten increasingly better (i know it's been said) and have got me interested again.while i liked how sylar and drako teamed up and he obtained the shapeshifting power, i do kind of hate now watching the show thinking, "is that really XXX or is it sylar???" but hate in a good way!angela's sister is obviously (to me, heh) one of the skeletons they are digging up.
4/8/2009 8:50:11 AM
4/8/2009 8:57:54 AM
technically, sylar has had the ability to "shapeshift" since the beginning of season 2, no one ever uses their powers in a smart way, just one of many gripes with this show
4/8/2009 9:47:53 AM
holy shit i totally forgot about that chick...that's right!
4/8/2009 9:52:33 AM
^^ They are totally ignoring season 2and he only killed her, he did not gain her ability. That was during the span that Sylar had no powers.
4/8/2009 9:57:12 AM
when that chick got killed she reverted back to her normal self, also.
4/8/2009 10:01:28 AM
^ She wasn't a shape shifter. She was more like Parkman in the sense that she made you see what she wanted you to see (like when she held Micah hostage at the end of season 1).
4/8/2009 2:22:57 PM
well i didn't think that of her at all...i just thought that was one of her elite buddies and former friends. and didn't think "oh that must be her sister" when she said they needed to get the family together and go see her sister.
4/8/2009 2:37:05 PM
^I felt like they intentionally made her look and sound just like Angela. And she even said something like agents tried to arrest her that morning, and I assumed that meant because they thought she was Angela.
4/8/2009 4:38:37 PM
The russian gal was amazingly hot. So hot you knew her and Danko wouldn't last to the end of the show. I didnt understand what the last part with her getting into the cab and the light went off meant? She went back to prostitution?
4/8/2009 7:20:55 PM
4/8/2009 10:53:12 PM
Her sister will be in next week's episode
4/9/2009 7:37:42 AM
New episode tonight. Anyone else becoming less and less interested in this show? I used to look forward to it each Monday. Now I just watch it because there's nothing else to watch on Mondays. The show is starting to feel like a low budget with bad acting series you'd find on the scifi channel.
4/13/2009 4:37:00 PM
i forget that it's coming on most of the time until my tv automatically goes to that channel. i used to really love it
4/13/2009 4:49:14 PM
^^ two years late on that realization
4/13/2009 7:39:16 PM
anyone else realize the first time the two sisters got into their room and the younger one was complaining how she didnt like it there..it was raining out side, when just before it was clear..and right after it was also clear?
4/13/2009 9:19:10 PM
Seriously? You missed that whole part about her ability? And I think the show has gotten better than it was before...I'm starting to enjoy watching it againI doubt I will pick it up next season however
4/13/2009 10:22:18 PM
I don't see how everyone in the camp died because of what happened. The dad I understood, he attacked Suresh and the guard retaliated. But how does that turn into a bloodbath? There's also too many gaps in the story from this episode to the first season:1) The elder Dr. Suresh...if he had done all this research 50 years earlier, and seen what could happen, then what the fuck was he doing in NYC looking for more of them? At the time, it seemed like all he had were theories and suspicions, but now we know he was already doing experiments way back when...it just doesn't add up2) When did Angela's generation gain their powers? Was there another eclipse? It seemed like she had no clue that her dad had an ability also. Furthermore, did that generation lose their powers during the eclipse that gave Peter and his group abilities? Since everyone did during the eclipse in Volume 3, can we assume it happens every time? Baby Matt Parkman gained abilities during the most recent one, so does that mean there are more "specials" every eclipse? And how was there no eclipse from Peter's birth until Volume 1? Mathematically it should have happened by then. It also seems like some of them had their powers before the eclipse (Anthony flying when his wife was crippled, Clair surviving a fire as a baby, Takezo Kensei etc).3) How did Linderman go from being a geeky teenager to a huge mob boss? He never seemed to me like the kind of guy who would do such horrible things. Did Arthur Patrelli corrupt him? In Volume 3, the flashbacks of Arthur made it look like Linderman disagreed with Arthur's plans but during Volume 1 he was controlling almost everything. The youthful version of Bob also didn't really math up with the adult character. 4) When did Arthur Patrelli, Adam Monroe, Maury Parkman, and Kaito Nakamura join this young team? They are all considered company founders, but it doesn't seem like any of them were around when Angela came up with the plan. In season 2 they mentioned that it was Adam Monroe's idea to form the team...wtf.5) How did the company get their list of people with abilities? They were so good at finding them and hunting them down, but how? Was there someone with a similar ability to Molly Walker? Did the elder Suresh have the system figured out already and they stole his files? Also, it seems like Bennett knew the elder Suresh before his death...did Suresh not make the connection of the company back to the children he worked with 50 years earlier?
4/14/2009 2:58:18 AM
1) Suresh had goals in mind for his work, and the flashback makes it look like those goals might have been plenty noble. It's also pretty clear from the earlier seasons that his life's work largely centered around the "evolved humans." The events of 1961 may have put his plans on hold, but they needn't end them permanently.2) It appears to be the case that total solar eclipses activate some new powers, but during the eclipse they nullify all powers. Nobody could do anything. Now, it's reasonable enough that there was not a total solar eclipse near where Peter was during his life before Volume 1. Remember -- the eclipses have only been shown affecting those who can see them. What's less easy to believe is that in 400+ years of being alive Adam Monroe never encountered an eclipse. The deactivation of his power killed him pretty much instantly when Arthur did it.There's also not a character named Anthony, but yes, Nathan flew and Claire healed. It's worth noting that neither of them did either thing consciously.3) People change as they get older. It's a common occurrence.4) Angela said that she dreamed that the people at the table would form a company. She didn't say that they would be the only people who formed the company. The description of the dream was very vague, of course.5) I don't recall any evidence that Bennett knew the elder Suresh. At any rate, they haven't explained the origins of the 1961 list yet.
4/14/2009 3:16:23 AM
they made a big deal about how they erased the occurrence from history, that's why the suresh didn't remember anythingthat black guy can make people forget, you see
4/14/2009 8:22:39 AM
That wasn't the hatian in the group though was it? It seems his ability was in check with Eve's (I think she was the one with that power)
4/14/2009 8:30:31 AM
no, it was the old dude peter was the nurse of that died in the first few episodes of season 1http://heroeswiki.com/Charles_Deveaux[Edited on April 14, 2009 at 8:35 AM. the writers are now writing season 4
4/15/2009 8:23:52 AM
Monday's episode was so boring. It just felt stagnant the entire time.
