That poster is priceless. And it looks like NHL.com's gamecenter is working with ESPN 360 on its game coverage application online. It doesn't say anything about paying for the non-video feed games, which is really all I call about. DSL don't like the videos.

Realization:Playing the third game in four nights against a team that is "far superior" when it comes to the skills department, the Canes hung in there until the last minute when an empty net goal put it out of reach.I'm not upset about the loss. Bring on the kings on Friday.
10/14/2008 5:28:08 PM
JMFJ won't be playing
10/14/2008 5:56:10 PM
would a blackout look cool on alt jersey nights?
10/14/2008 11:17:54 PM
yes
10/14/2008 11:21:40 PM
^^Cam Ward has discussed this. He said hes not a huge proponent of this idea, seeing how it could make it hard for him to see the puck against a black background.
10/14/2008 11:37:10 PM
hmm never saw that. yeah i guess. white out on black jersey nights?!?
10/14/2008 11:42:41 PM

10/17/2008 3:14:53 PM
fuck him, he should have never been brought back in the first place. if something is genuinely wrong with him i don't wish him any ill will, but fuck him.

And the Zach Boychuk era is UNDERWAY
10/17/2008 10:40:00 PM
Is the Tripp Tracy's mic annoying anyone else? I know every time he is breathing right now...that and not a good way to lead off the game. Can we ever score first? Once, please?
10/17/2008 10:45:30 PM

10/17/2008 11:55:59 PM
nic wallin not in the minus!?!?!?!?!
10/17/2008 11:57:08 PM
I think Lavi must've sent the message at intermission - shoot away and the chances come because they don't seem hesitant at all on a lot of the point shots (last year's problem for sure was a lack of D contribution).
10/17/2008 11:58:06 PM
eh, I think the problem in the 1st was our lack of moving the puck out of the defensive zone. LA's forecheck was killing us, but at least they were held to 4 shots in the period.
