Not one bit. All I'm sayin' is I understand why most southerners have a hard time looking outside of the SEC.

it cannot possibly be that he thinks big10 football is better than sec football. i really don't know where he was going w/ that.
11/14/2007 4:23:31 PM
11/14/2007 4:24:44 PM
^how did michigan do in their National Championship game?
11/14/2007 4:52:08 PM
^ pttyndal is not a michigan fan.
11/14/2007 4:53:59 PM
^^ I assume you mean the last one they played in? I think they won.
11/14/2007 5:34:49 PM
11/14/2007 6:42:24 PM
prove iti say that bc you cant, nor can i prove the big 10 is better. so basically you are all crapping your pants over nothing

objectively, i think michigan wins this one.mike hart will kill himself running the ball 50 times before Michigan loses[Edited on November 14, 2007 at 10:06 PM. Reason : .]
11/14/2007 10:05:58 PM
no way does michigan win this one
11/14/2007 10:07:04 PM
I'm betting on the fat polacks
11/14/2007 10:08:22 PM
I think meechigan has a legit shot at this one. It's gonna be close though.
11/14/2007 10:10:24 PM
^^^ok lets objectively talk about this.Realistically, both our qb's arent very good. but i think the michigan O-line will win the battle in the trenches. Our defense needs to have a decent game in stopping the run. Mike hart wont let michigan lose. he'd play with no legs if he could[Edited on November 14, 2007 at 10:10 PM. Reason : .]
11/14/2007 10:10:31 PM
Jaybee, I clearly know your insult arsenal fairly well.
11/14/2007 10:11:25 PM
I like Michigan... IF Hart is able to go near 100%...
11/14/2007 10:11:42 PM
michigan has no answer for robiskie and osu has no answer for manningham

11/14/2007 10:23:29 PM
i honestly don't understand how someone can watch college football and not realize that the sec >> big10.throw whatever sarcasm you want.
11/14/2007 10:24:28 PM
yeah, if you just watch the games you can tell... and the depth in the Big 10 sucks ass[Edited on November 14, 2007 at 10:31 PM. Reason : d]

^ you dont have to play a tough non conference when you play in the best conference AND you have a Conference Championship gameCal is in the southeast? interesting... and yes they have done plenty to prove it...[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:16 PM. Reason : d]
11/17/2007 12:15:24 PM
no, i really think you do... the SEC played one of the wussiest non-conference schedules i've seen for a BCS conference this year, and yet everyone still thinks they'll be able to beat anyone in the country...but we'll see come bowl time, i might be wrong, but it'll just be nice to watch the SEC actually play decent opponents...[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:17 PM. Reason : one game? you listed one game? wow, that's a hell of an arguement right there]
11/17/2007 12:17:24 PM
Tennessee and Auburn are the only teams who actually have balls of the entire upper echelon of the conference. Florida's OOC is just sickening. They've left SEC country ONCE since 1991... and got destroyed.** The SEC is the best conference this year by far though.. watching this game for the Big Televen title is like watching a game in slow-mo..[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:19 PM. Reason : x]
11/17/2007 12:18:22 PM
^ true, those two teams deserve credit for bucking the trend, even though it's cost both of them

[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:22 PM. Reason : Fuck it. GO BLUE!!!]
11/17/2007 12:20:42 PM
^^^^ you said "leave the southeast" so it only takes one game to count as leaving the southeast... and once again, if you have to play Bama, Auburn, LSU, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee etc every week instead of Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State, Northwestern, Minnesota, etc then you wouldnt schedule USC or Texas either. The Big Ten has been Ohio State and Michigan (with Penn State being so so) for about a decade. Look at Ohio State this year, took to the second to last week of the year to play someone worth a shit and they lost.to Florida's credit having Florida State tacked on to their retardedly hard conference schedule is enough for me[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:23 PM. Reason : d]
11/17/2007 12:22:12 PM
wouldn't the style that prevails head to head actually be the better style?i mean, it's not like you get points for having an artistic or classic play style...Ill. will wind up killing the Big11 in the next few years if they don't start to catch up athlete-wise...[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:24 PM. i'm not a racist like jaybee, i just prefer good football.
11/17/2007 12:24:32 PM
hahhahaha, I'm a white guy who is racist against white guysand the OOC schedule thing is SO overrated. Which is a "harder" schedule?A. Play 5-6 really good in conference teams + 2-3 shitty OOC games orB. Play 1-2 really good conference teams + 1-2 really good OOC games?Obviously A[Edited on November 17, 2007 at 12:27 PM. Reason : d]
