what in the new one? same place as all discoveries, behind the lower steering column cover. there are 2 quarter-turn flathead fasteners, you can use a penny to open it and it swings down. there is also a fuse box under the hood near the battery.

i like to laugh at the idiots that pay that much for their work. they were spray painting interior pieces in the parking lot for some dude's magnum the other night, lol.

the only thing that's even remotely impressive or skillfull is some of the sub boxes/amp racks the guy builds, and some of the custom upholstery work.
