i did bench (225x4, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 335x1, 350x1), threw some shotput for an hour and a half, pulled weeds from our blackberry/raspberry plot, and played flag football HARD, not that pussy shit i see out there from other teamsand I havent lifted at all in 4 weeks, i came back cold turkey and did that shit without every havin attempted to bench more than 325 in my lifeyea catch up, fucks, im the complete package and this is how WE doyall got a long way to goand im posting now because I decided to start being a student-athlete again, and not just putting forth a half assed effort and coasting my way through my senior year, no more goin through the motions[Edited on October 2, 2006 at 9:58 PM. im the complete packageo yea i did physio ball crunches with weights (30x25, 35x25, 40x25) and then I did side to side rotations on the ball with weights (15x20, 20x20, 25x20) but those are meh, they 4 week lay off actuall hurt me on those, i couldnt to shit[Edited on October 2, 2006 at 10:04 PM. I walked 6 miles, and tried to restrict calories a decent amount. I've already dropped from 265 to 255 in a week; most of that is probably due to dropping water weight after coming off a massive eating cycle.

leg day is my favorite workout day. the day after leg day - not so much. we should have a squat competition. something like who can do the most reps of 315 vs. largest squat, and then factor in body weight somehow.

they have weight classes for a reason. watching some little midget korean kid doing the snatch or clean and jerk in the olympics with 150kg is a lot more impressive than me attempting to move that much weight. to make it worse, i couldn't even attempt a clean and jerk with that much weight. nope. I'm just waiting for sunday tackle football to start up. with my work schedule, I couldn't get involved in a league.
