Hardenne and Clijsters played great tennis until they sustained injuries. It's ignorant to say that the women's draw was weak. Just because a lot of different women had a shot at winning the tournament does not mean that the field is weak, it's more of an indicator of how balanced the women's side is in comparison to the men's.

Looks like you realized that the tournament was indeed broadcast live. You're welcome for that knowledge.

^^Bullshit. Borg dominated tennis more thoroughly and at a younger age than Federer has done. At this stage in his career, Borg had already won 10 majors compared to Federer's 7.

If Federer keeps up this pace for another 5 years, then we can start talking about him having no peers.
