terry glenn you mean? that troy glenn guy must be a diamond in the rough diamond in the rough is roethlisberger for a backup from free agency...brandon jacobs, braylon edwards, joey gallaway, and heiden (i'm a religious free agent guy) i got all of them after the draft to improve my teamglenn is decent, but i don't trust bledsoe...glenn only has one td all year...so you might can find someone better out there...i would look for guys who are going to gradually take a much bigger role...troy williamson (min), braylon edwards (cle), heiden (cle), greg lewis (phi) and b. lloyd (san fran...GREAT pickup if you can get him)[Edited on September 27, 2005 at 1:58 AM. Reason : a little advice]
9/27/2005 1:53:50 AM
heheh ya terry glenn my bad
9/27/2005 2:09:30 AM

9/27/2005 9:36:44 AM
wtf trent green1 TD in 3 gamesyou're killin me
9/27/2005 6:43:32 PM
In my league we start 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 K, 1 D, 1 TEI was just offered Drew Bledsoe and Julius Jones for Dominick Davis and Mike Vick.I just traded Trent Dilfer for Davis. My QBs are Vick, Plummer, and Bollinger. My RBs are Jamal Lewis, Rudi johnson, Davis, and Willie Parker.Do you pull the trigger here and try to deal Lewis/Parker for a new QB?
9/28/2005 2:32:42 PM
yes you need a better QBif no one has em, get Carson Palmer[Edited on September 28, 2005 at 2:35 PM. Reason : trade parker, not lewis]
9/28/2005 2:34:48 PM
Yeah, i guess I should say, all the QBs are gone, we have a 12 team league. So the waiver wires are empty. I'd need to make a dealI can also add that I am 0-3[Edited on September 28, 2005 at 2:37 PM. Reason : z]
9/28/2005 2:37:20 PM
who are your QBs?
9/28/2005 2:38:47 PM
Right now: Vick, Plummer, and Bollinger
9/28/2005 2:40:38 PM
Yeah you're looking pretty rough at QB.One of my leagues left me lacking at QB with Vick and Leftwich, but I picked up Warner just to watch him get hurt last week so I'll probably drop him for someone, just haven't really looked at who is available right now.however many ^And geez, in what league would someone have NOT picked up Palmer at LEAST after week 1 if not in the draft??
9/28/2005 4:11:39 PM
I would keep Bledsoe and drop Plummer. What QB's are available in your league?
9/28/2005 4:49:38 PM
did you read his posts? your first statement doesnt make sense in the context and your question was already answered.
9/28/2005 5:07:31 PM
all the QB's in the NFL can not be gone, i was asking him who was still available
9/28/2005 5:13:16 PM
got a WR slot up for debate...Roy Williams against TBorTerry Glenn against OaklandObviously overall Roy is better, but Bledsoe has been throwing to Glenn a lot and Oakland's D is nowhere near as good as Tampa... any thought?oh, and the league is 1pt for each catch, 25 yards for a point, 6 point TD
9/28/2005 5:30:55 PM
Who to bench?Mike Anderson versus Jaxor Jamal Lewis versus the JetsorSantana Moss versus Seattle?
9/28/2005 6:04:57 PM
^X #No starters are available, and a lot of back ups are gone. I have a waiver claim in for Testaverde. So I'm not dropping any QB... and i still think I need help there, and deals are the only option. I've offered Lewis to 2 different teams for Favre or Brooks.
9/28/2005 6:35:43 PM
^^^I'd say look at the defenses, Oakland's defense isn't nearly as good as TB's, so I'd go with Glenn.^^I usually prefer to start a RB over a WR, but that's a tough one. I'd go with either Jamal or Santana. I usually don't like choosing RB's going up against Jax, or the Jets at that, but a week's rest for Jamal might be able to jump start him because he's still trying to get it going. But Moss might get some looks against Seattle's defense which hasn't been top notch as of late.Jamal - hasn't been performing well, coming off a bye, pretty good D ahead of himMoss - had a good week against Dallas, coming off a bye, decent D ahead of him, but a sporadic QB throwing to him.Depends on your point scale too. But for the safe pick, go with Moss.

I picked up Bledsoe after the first week to replace Eli Manning. He's been a stellar starter.
9/28/2005 8:11:06 PM
Denver's offense is too run based to really see Plummer as a big fantasy player. He played well last week, but how about the two previous weeks? It's only a matter of time before he pulls one of his patented plays and throws a pick behind the back, haha.
9/28/2005 8:36:29 PM
9/29/2005 11:23:13 AM
Yes you should definitely go with Bledsoe over Plummer, Plummer may have more wins at the end of the season, but more than likely it will be from defense and running. Dallas's problem isn't really their O, it's the D, so expect some shootouts. The only thing drawing back from Bledsoe, is Parcell's love of the running game and a good young back in Julius Jones.
9/29/2005 5:05:15 PM
my current RB's are W. Dunn (Atl), J. Lewis (Balt), L. Tomlinson (SD), A. Green (GB), S. Jackson (STL), L. Jordan (Oak), R. Johnson (Cin), T. Jones (Chi)R. Droughns & D. Sproles are available in my league. Anyone think i should trade anyone?[Edited on September 29, 2005 at 5:21 PM. Reason : obviously i would never trade LT but anyone else can be open][Edited on September 29, 2005 at 5:30 PM. Reason : .]
9/29/2005 5:15:51 PM
cmon on now nobody has an opinion?
9/29/2005 6:48:55 PM
I just want to know how you landed all those RB's in your league, guessing not many people and a LOT of roster spots. And no I wouldn't pick up either Droughns or Sproles.I'd keep LT, Lewis(for now), Jordan, and Johnson.Dunn doesn't have much trade value with that offense plus Duckett getting most of the TD's. Green might be appetizing to some people but right now he's not performing well. Thomas Jones could be good trade bait, he's been putting up decent numbers and could be a good back for someone in your league. Jackson has minimal trade value too since he isn't putting up big numbers. But I'd look into trading Thomas Jones, not sure what you're weak at so I don't know what I'd trade for.
9/29/2005 7:13:07 PM
yeah there are only 5 of us playing in this league. It's a work league. ill post my WR's in a minute and you tell me. Carson PalmerDrew BledsoeDante CulpepperDrew Brees are my QBsWR'sT. GlennR. SmithS. MossL. FitzgeraldA. BattleRoy Williams[Edited on September 29, 2005 at 7:37 PM. Reason : WR]
9/29/2005 7:16:26 PM
Yeah you aren't looking too hot at WR but you have a solid QB line-up.I'd say trade Thomas Jones for a WR, not sure but I'm willing to guess someone in your league is stacked at WR and lacking at RB.
9/29/2005 8:06:29 PM
RB L. Johnson, @KC vs PHI RB T. Duckett, @ATL vs MIN RB D. Foster, @CAR vs GBwhich 2 should i start?
9/30/2005 10:09:27 AM
Duckett and Foster will get more carriesMY TEAM QB C. Palmer (Cin - QB) QB D. Culpepper (Min - QB) QB D. Bledsoe (Dal - QB) WR T. Glenn (Dal - WR) WR L. Fitzgerald (Ari - WR) WR S. Dang, think y'all have enough starters?? Haha
9/30/2005 12:31:21 PM
so who should i drop/tradethe available WR's are:B. Lloyd (SF - WR) D. Mason (Bal - WR) T. Taylor (Min - WR) G. Lewis (Phi - WR) W. Welker (Mia - WR) B. Engram (Sea - WR) W. Ponder (NYG - WR) K. Curtis (StL - WR) D. Driver (GB - WR) P R. Ferguson (GB - WR) Mi. Clayton (TB - WR) J. Galloway (TB - WR) A. Bryant (Cle - WR) D. Stallworth (NO - WR) [Edited on September 30, 2005 at 12:50 PM. Reason : they are sorted by most total fan points (top-most)]
9/30/2005 12:39:15 PM
Driver and Lewis are good WR's, and Mason could potentially be a good pick-up if Baltimore could get the QB situation straight, because besides Heap and Mason, there are no other recievers worth throwing to.
9/30/2005 1:02:58 PM
so should i drop to pick up Driver or Masoni have been thinking about pickin up Donald Driver but GB has been doing terrible
9/30/2005 1:18:09 PM
GB hasn't been playing well, but Favre has been passing like a mad man, so expect much of the same which is good for Driver.
9/30/2005 1:21:19 PM
so who should i drop to add driver?
9/30/2005 1:25:59 PM
drop battle
9/30/2005 2:33:08 PM
Just asking as I already did it but wanted to get a few opinions....I just traded Vick for Hines Ward & Eli Manning...? Already have the pittsburgh QB and needed some reciever help....
9/30/2005 3:41:12 PM
i think that was a good call. Eli will be a better passing TD QB than Vick will based on the season so far
10/1/2005 8:57:57 AM
i ended up dropping Battle for Driver[Edited on October 1, 2005 at 12:34 PM. Reason : Mason will be added next if Larry Fitzgerald does not do well in the upcoming weeks]
10/1/2005 12:34:25 PM

Man I'm glad I have LT and Burress haha
10/2/2005 5:22:28 PM
does anybody here actually play in a real league?how could you play for money and have all those available wideouts
10/2/2005 5:27:17 PM
we just bet each other per week. its nothin serious. just for fun.
10/2/2005 5:47:58 PM
Burress wasn't exactly a high pick in my league, probably because of everyone's lack of faith in Eli's arm.
10/2/2005 5:56:27 PM
10/2/2005 6:25:59 PM
I think its safe to say that Culpepper is the biggest fantasy bust of 2005
