Yeah, I'm not sure. You can always try one of the others. Once we make the top100, we can use these stats as well.http://stats.zerothelement.com/cgi-bin/folding3/render-teams.pl

Hey Smacker, I thought I could hold you guys off untill late spring, but that may not be the case. I'm losing one of my 1700+'s at Christmas time, so my production will be taking a dive. The only other stats that I know of is Stanford's. I've linked to all of them at:http://www.genejockeys.net/Fold&Gene@Home/If you find any others, let me know and I'll add to the webpage.Fold On!
11/24/2003 5:53:03 PM
damn statsman is still not up
11/30/2003 4:31:32 AM
^^ Yeah we've been fighting hard for that 1st place. Me and silversurfer being on silversuferNCSU team and then i split apart for a while, then we made a deal to get back into it under SilverSurfinSmackerKrackers. Then i've been tweaking consoles and running some hidden, some graphical, theres been trouble with certain computers we've had it running on especially if you oc too hard. Some computers were down for a couple weeks for mods and repairs. SilverSurfer sold off part of his computer and bought new mobo and proc, cooling system, his computer was down for a while. Theres just always something going on and its hard to keep a steady wu production. Its a hard fought battle goin on, but the team as a whole is doing awesome nonetheless.

12/5/2003 2:37:34 AM
nice, it seems you guys up top are supporting the team I finally made green again, wait the stats aren't back up yet I would hate to think it but i imagine over the break a few of the pack aren't going to be posting any wu's... it's cool though because I could possibly make top 15 by years end...

kinda interesting race at the top... OA vs. [H]
12/23/2003 4:00:26 PM
Could someone please hook me up with the version 4 app for Linux? I've got a computer just sitting idle over here that I NEVER use, and I would be willing to set it up full time for F@H, but the linux version won't DL off the stanford website. PM me for email details
12/24/2003 3:10:09 PM
K, nm about the DL, I got it finally. Now i'm just having problems setting the CPU usage. any suggestions? I've used the -config option, but it doesn't give me any choices on changing the usage
12/24/2003 4:24:16 PM
I have not used the linux client, but when you run the -config, I think it asks if you want to change any advanced setting. Say 'yes'. Then you can set the CPU usage from 0-100% idle cycles. The default is 100.Also welcome to our newest member: flowerncsu!
12/24/2003 6:23:25 PM
I have done that, but it never gives me the option to choose a percentage. it gives me "idle" or "low" for the core priority. I looked at the CPU usage for the whole computer and it is hovering around 2% of the CPU's capacity.# here is what printed from the console when I run the program using the -configonly option:# Linux Console Edition ###################################################################################################################################### Folding@home Client Version 4.00 http://folding.stanford.edu##############################################################################################################################################################Arguments: -configonly [02:52:36] - Ask before connecting: No[02:52:36] - User name: aaronburro (Team 59)[02:52:36] - User ID = 38BB37C52C0B1930[02:52:36] - Machine ID: 1[02:52:36] [02:52:36] Configuring Folding@home...User name [aaronburro]?
